Cleveland Grooming Academy

Arielle is running a top notch grooming business! I have been a customer for 13 years with my Schnoodle and Pomeranian. The students under Arielle always did a fabulous job. They have been consistently professional and kind, and worked with me when my dogs became elderly and needed special attention. I highly recommend Cleveland Grooming Academy!

If you’re looking to start your dog grooming journey, or just looking for a salon to groom your dog, the Cleveland Grooming Academy is the place to go! I never could have imagined how much I enjoyed being a student here, and how sad I am to leave. Being a neurodivergent person, I was skeptical and scared to begin. However, everyone was very accommodating and supportive, allowing me to feel comfortable and be myself. I didn’t have to worry about being perfect, because I had a great support system behind me. Over the past few months, Arielle has been a fabulous instructor, always being supportive, no matter what I needed help with. In just 300 class hours, I went from knowing nothing about grooming, to being able to groom multiple dogs a day without instruction. Being able to groom my dog was my ultimate goal, and I was able to bring him in to practice when it wasn’t terribly busy. Although he didn’t like it one bit, everyone loved him and was super gentle with my old man. Thank you Arielle, Carlie and Lyric for all the support along the way, I couldn’t have gotten where I am now without you guys. <3 Hope & Dan *dogs in pictures are mine or my family’s

*Photo is of my own personal dog. Highlyyyyyy recommend this school! They were absolutely so accommodating with my second shift job schedule (I always had to leave by 2pm) and they made sure I was always on time! From day one you are absolutely 100% hands on with various breeds. They offer career advice as well as helpful opinions on different tools you may find in the field. I even got extra help with grooming faces, which I desperately needed! The ladies here are so wonderful and kind, I can't thank them enough for all of their help these past couple of months. I just completed my cat grooming class (outside of tuition) and I was so sad to leave for good! If you are looking for a highly motivating environment, great people and a perfect place to learn grooming I would absolutely recommend this school.

This place is amazing! My dog is a Australian Shepherd collie mix so he's basically a big hairball! He has layers and layers of fur. They always do a wonderful job and I always get an appointment whenever I need one! And the price, you can't beat it anywhere, as a matter of fact I think they should charge way more than what they do.. but that's just because they do such wonderful work. So I always tip them to let them know how wonderful they did! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are looking for somewhere that does it all for an amazing price.. a price that you can't beat anywhere! And a place that will take good care of your pet, then look no further you have found your place I promise you will not be disappointed!

We recently took our doodle to the Cleveland Grooming Academy for the first time and were over the moon with the quality and value we received! When we dropped him off we were greeted by a student who asked thoughtful questions and took the time to really listen to what we were looking for. I cannot tell you how much we appreciated that!! This grooming was the first time he actually looked the way we wanted him to! After his grooming, they took the time to educate us and explain more about his coat and why it gets matted so easily which we so appreciated!! They also recommended a grooming schedule that will help keep him from getting matted in the future. The discount is definitely an amazing perk but the quality is also sky high! Our little guy walked out so happy and looking the best he ever has with his new favorite bandana :) Thanks a million CGA!
