Five stars all the way. The massage was relaxing, the therapist was professional, and the customer service was excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

Was in Lowell on business and asked the hotel mgt where is a good massage spa. They suggested Clear Dew, which was not too far away. Upon entering, I notice the inviting surrounding along with soft music along with a soft bell. At the counter I was approached by a young middle age asian lady. She smiled and stated that her name was Coco. She asked if I wanted half hour or one hour. I elected one hour since my shoulder and lower back area screamed in pain. On the way to the massage room she questioned me as to the type and level of pain. She then asked about oil or no oil , but suggested oil. She began with long flowing strokes up and down my back with a fluid movement and consistent pressure. After about 15 minutes I could feel my nervous system relax along with the pain subsiding. Coco then asked where the pain still remained. Now she did deep tissue massage technique for about 15 more minutes. Matched with Mandy. I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the spa was. The massage therapist (Mandy) was respectful and clearly experienced. My stress melted away, and I left feeling recharged. Definitely my go-to spot from now on when here.

very unprofessional staff and unsatisfied worst experience. This is not exact massage here. They were doing timepass by doing another work like operating phone and going outside for no reason. it’s a 100% fraud here simply they were charging the money and cheating people. i strongly recommend here not to come. all are fake and charging lot of money and never giving back money. i asked them to give my money back but they were pulling me out very rude. i never ever experienced this kind of people and its blaming people and cheating people to collect money. please don’t go here and staff were changing every 2 weeks. management has to look and take some action on this. if this was continued your business was going to close. I won’t leave this issue.

Such a great massage from Mandy! I have a lot of knots in my back from work and she was really attentive, found them on her own and really dug into them. Also, a really clean room and calming atmosphere. I will be back!
