Paid with credit card. Then found it had no water pressure. Couldn't get money back. No number to call. So I put a dispute in with my credit card company to cancel payment. Pretty run down establishment. Drove to new havens superwash self service and it was far better...but much smaller bays.

If I could leave no stars I would. My company truck does not fit into car washes and I have to rely on self serves. No soap came out of the power washer no soap out of the foam brush just water. I spent 10.00 on what? What is could do with a hose? Then the roof was leaking on me while I was trying to wash my truck. I will let everyone know not to come here or support this place. Absolutely ridiculous I want my money back!!!!

Really disappointing visit. I love diy cleaning bay car washes, but it’s definitely not worth going here. Half the stalls are blocked off, the vacuums are very underpowered. Only 1 stall had a foaming brush and a sprayer. But, the settings didn’t work. No soap or foam came out of the brush and I don’t think any soap ever came out of the sprayer no matter how I turned the settings dial. The trash cans were overflowing and the whole place just seemed to be in an advanced state of disrepair.

It's one of the only self-serve car washes that has hot water, I'm guessing it's because of the dog washing area, but it really helped with a tough job I recently had of degreasing a restaurant exhaust fan. My next trip will be to wash some of my dogs there.

Leaving 3 stars because I’m hopeful they’ll pull things together being one of the last self wash stations in the area. The last two times I’ve been, majority of the bays are out of order, some are labeled as so, some you have to find out for yourself. Both times I’ve been, the soap is out. ‘High pressure soap’ has no soap and you can hear the brushes trying to pump out soap, but they’re dry. I recommend owners check in more often, manage supplies, and ensure everything is operational at the least. Also recommend investing in card readers so more people use it, or find someone that will put an ATM on site. If none of this can be done, list the property for sale and I’ll consider buying.
