I had taken my Shih Tzu here since 2017 up until 2021. I never appreciated the owners abrasive attitude thru the years but put up with it because my dog seemed to be doing well with the grooming experience and it’s hard to find a groomer in bend that’s not overbooked. Each and every time I pulled into the parking lot, I knew I had to stay in my car if I was 5 minutes early or would be scolded for disturbing the groomers and or other dogs. Owner had a definite lack of appreciation for their loyal customers. I always showed common courtesy to her just to stay in her good graces or my dog would pay the price I feared. Unfortunately, this was my experience. In December of 22 we left bend for a road 18 month road trip. I had scheduled a follow up appt for the month of August. We would be back in town temporarily that month. Everything was scheduled for grooming at that time. However, owner called me before appt and said, sorry you’re no longer a regular, have to give your spot to my regular clients. Even my loyalty and good tips for years didn’t matter. I was left hanging without a groomer. She had no apologies just a that’s the way it is when you’re a small business!!

I understand that sometimes dogs don’t fit with groomers. And that you need to let clients go, trust me huskies are hard to groom. But to berate my mother in front of other people saying you told her last time not to brush my dog because that contributes to his bad behavior is ridiculous. I get him groomed 4 times a year as he is a husky and you don’t want me to brush him ? You could be taken her off to the side to tell her you will not be grooming him anymore but instead lectured her on what not to do with my dog in front of other people. Will be telling my other friends that go here to not return.

Brought my 6 month old puppy here for nail and paw pad fur trim. Quick walk in and very smooth process that I could not complete at home :) thank you so much Clean Mutts & Puppy Cuts! I will definitely be back.

Only place I've come to in bend and will definitely continue too! In the past my dogs have always dreaded the groomer so when I got a new Australian Shepherd puppy I wanted to make sure he got used to it early. They started grooming Enzo when he was only ten weeks andand it's always been such a good experience for him that he now runs to the door excited to go in when we get there. At ten months now he has a crazy amount of energy and I can't imagine he makes it easy for them to groom and yet he always comes back happy, looking and smelling great for weeks after.

Shirlee handled our walk in appointment for nail trims on our newly adopted GSD and 9 yr old Chihuahua mix. Super fast, easy and very caring. Price is great and we are ready to hike!
