Clean & Green Car Wash

Went here to get my wife’s 2023 CX5 washed. Instead I got a half clean car and the entire rear back area severely scratched. I filed an incident report and the manager called me and told me the scratched areas were there before but yet COULDNT SHOW ME PROOF??? If it was there before, then You would have nothing to hide! I’ll be filing this complaint to corporate and ensure I get my documentation of before the car wash as the way the scratches were, it is almost definitely from the car wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Clean & Green! Today, I lost a piece of my rearview mirror, and Patrick immediately jumped in to help me find it and had it put back on in no time. He was so helpful and went above and beyond! Honestly, this is the best car wash! I’ve consistently had the best customer service…from changing vehicles on my car wash subscription to this experience today. The employees are always friendly, helpful, and just top-notch. Thank you, Patrick, for taking such great care of me! Clean & Green has an amazing team!

I always receive a great experience and 2day was no exception. I was going to get the $10 Basic BUT Their $25 Wash is only $2.50 2day! ☆☆☆☆☆ In honor of America's 250th Birthday ! Yay ✔️

I’ve been a loyal customer since at least 2019, and I won’t take my car anywhere else. When I bought my car brand new in 2024, this was the only place I trusted—and they’ve never let me down. My car is always left looking spotless, and the consistency is what really stands out. It’s not just a one-time good experience—it’s every time. Great service, great results, and a business that clearly takes pride in what they do.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS I went in for a car wash on Saturday. While drying I noticed there were 2 strips of cloth stuck in my side mirror and upon closer inspection my mirror was broken. I asked to speak to a manager. He took my information and said he needed to review the video but it was obvious the damage was caused by the car wash. He said he would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours, but once he could confirm they would cover the costs for me to take my car to the dealer and get it fixed. After 3 days I had not received a call, so I called multiple times but had to leave a message because no one answered the number I had been given. On Thursday he called me back and said his superior had reviewed the video and decided my mirror looked tilted so it must have been previously damaged and they would not cover any damages. My car is less than 2 years old and there had never been any damage to that mirror before I went through their car wash. I like to support local businesses and never write negative reviews because I know how hard it can be to run a business, but the lack of integrity here is not worth it. Please go somewhere else.
