A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

They did not clean my fur baby properly I had to call and reschedule. They was not going to tell me that they did not bathe him correctly. They were going to steal my money and leave me with a dirty dog. They told me that my dog was too hyper so I got some medication for him took him back to reschedule his appointment called to make sure they properly bathe him correctly. This time they were still hesitant that he was still a bit hyper. I came and picked him up and he was still shedding a lot shedding way more than usual. Remind you I go to them all the time and every time they give him a bath he never comes out shedding as much as he did the last time they offered me the D shedding for an extra charge, but the thing was he was still dirty and his nails was not grind or trimmed properly like I requested and paid for that would be my last time going to them because why wouldn’t you let me know that you did not bathe him properly because he was hyper wasted my time in his but not yours because you get paid regardless

Friendly and reliable pet boarding facility. I love going to places where my pets don’t come back stressed and smelling awful. Communication between staff could be better. I’ve noticed some inconsistency across multiple visits. On one visit, I prepared more than enough food for my pup and was very specific about the daily food intake, yet somehow they still ran out of food. It seemed like someone didn’t measure properly. Secondly, I made a very specific grooming request which was specific for the breed of dog. The groomer talked with me and gave me every indication that my request had been understood. When I picked my dog up, she’d been butchered unrecognizable! I expressed my displeasure and asked how I could better communicate next time. Honestly, it seems like the communication between staff members may be a factor here. So, if your pets need some specific care…specific diet/meds/grooming you may want to follow up with communication to avoid serious mishaps.

Fabulous and friendly pet lodging for our two labs when we were recently away for the weekend. The staff is the best and they were attentive to our older dogs’ needs. I was confident they were receiving the best of care in a safe and comfortable environment. I highly recommend the Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa for your pet.
