Went here for a wash. Paid for the wash. Get up to the entrance and nothing happens. I think maybe it needs time to reset so I sit there for a second while there's a line of cars behind me. Then I pull away cause nothing is happening. I hear a horn honking and hear the wash going so I think maybe its someone trying to get my attention. So I pull back in just for all the cars to start honking so it clearly wasn't my wash. I will never come here again. I call the line, no one answers and something like a 3-day wait for a response lol I felt so dumb 🤣 never again!

We came to use the touch-free car wash, but the vehicle in front of us ended up using the wash that we had paid for. We assumed they were waiting because they had already paid, so we paid and waited as well. Instead, they appeared to wait until we completed our payment and then entered the wash using our transaction. It may sound unbelievable, but people who are unfamiliar with how the system works could easily fall victim to this kind of situation. Whether it was a flaw in the system or someone intentionally taking advantage of it, it resulted in a very unpleasant experience. We were extremely disappointed and hope management takes steps to prevent this from happening to other customers.

The best touch-less car wash we’ve ever used. If you have vinyl or car wraps this is the perfect wash system. Leaves your car clean !!!!

I would really love to like this business. I vacuum my work vehicle every morning before I return it to the office. This business is right on the way and would be very convenient to stop there and vacuum out the vehicle, but unfortunately I have had a lot of trouble here with monitoring of the equipment. I frequently find some previous customer has opened the back of the canister and left it open as the picture shows. This means the vacuum has no suction and I have had to hurriedly close the canister myself because I sometimes forget to do it before I put my money in. This is sometimes very difficult depending on how badly the equipment was treated by the customer who opened the hatch in the first place. I have several times wasted half of my alloted time just getting the hatch closed and then had to put in more money so I could actually clean the vehicle. The other issue is the vacuum nozzle frequently comes loose from the hose, as seen in the other picture, and since there is really no way to reattach the hose in a hurry, because once again the vacuum is running, I have just given up and driven away. I understand that since the business is not monitored 24 hours a day mist
