Classy Chassis Express Wash & Detail Center

I’ve been to this car detailing shop several times before, but today was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, no one told me the waiting room was unavailable until after I had already left my vehicle with them. Instead, we had to sit outside under a tree in the middle of the summer heat. That should have been communicated before taking my car. When they told me my car was finished, I walked over and found all of the doors still wide open and detailing towels left on top of my car. I had to pick up the towels myself and hand them back to the workers. I even tipped them before getting in my car, then had to close all the doors myself. Once I got inside, I immediately noticed bugs still all over the windshield, which is completely unacceptable after paying for a full detailing. The back seat still had spots that should have wiped right off, and there were still bug marks on the headlights. I asked them to redo it, but honestly, it wasn’t any better. The biggest issue is that no one checked the quality of the work before returning the vehicle to me. Attention to detail is exactly what you’re paying for with a detailing service, and that was clearly missing today. Un

Excellent service at Classy Chassis Car Wash! SHOUTOUT to Dallas he was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. My truck came out looking amazing, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Dallas made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this car wash and appreciate the great customer service!

This place is fantastic. I'm not going to bad mouth other washes, but i cancelled my membership at a nearby place to start going here. They get the car clean and gleaming, and you can get any wash tier level unlimited times a month for only $5 more than the single wash rate. It's a great idea if you want you car to be gleaming every day. Their detailers are really good too. It may seem a bit expensive but when you get your car back everything is perfect inside and out. I highly recommend this to anyone who cares about the appearance of their vehicle. Also for those with aftermarket wheels, I safely get my 24x12 in and out of there with no damage. Any wider than that and you may have a problem.

My car is spotless and I couldn’t be more satisfied! I got lucky getting Tyler as my detailer and I will always ask for him in the future. When I pulled in, he asked if there were any specific areas that I wanted him to get (as he assured me he was going to go it all) but meeting my needs is what he was trying to do and that is what he did. Customer service was beautiful all around, from the time I pulled in to when I pulled out! Eric ensured that everything was done properly and gave me the chance to address any misses (but there were none) My car is literally squeaky clean The price was very decent as well! 10/10 recommend
