I dropped my pittie Blu off for the day. I got a call around 4pm that he was biting and trying to escape from his kennel, and was injured and bleeding from the mouth. We rushed to pick him up. Upon our arrival, we were quickly informed that he was banned from the kennel. We were told he was a great boy while he was there, no aggression. He just didn’t want to be left alone. This was odd because I leave him alone daily when I go to work. When we followed the worker to the back to get him, things started to make sense. He injured himself on their kennel, so instead of giving him more one on one time with staff to calm him, they put him in another identical kennel. When we walked back to get him, they had him IN THE DARK!! What would happen if you took your child to daycare and because your child had some separation anxiety, they lock him alone in a dark room until you came and got them. Unreal. None of the treats I left with them were given to him. They could not find his file or the paperwork I filled out when I dropped him off. Blu came out of that kennel with his ears down and skiddish..like he was yelled at or mistreated. I feel absolutely HORRIBLE for leaving him in thei

Outstanding Experience and would totally Recommend! Do not let the looks deceive you!! Just dropped off our two dogs Marshall and Stella, and had an amazing experience from start to finish and can not wait to pick our pets up on Thursday. John was very polite when asking for us to wait by our car with our dogs to ensure that the owner picking up there before us and their dog at that time and us dropping off our dog were secure and given space in our transitions. Inside, John gave a full tour of the facility, taking time to explain everything and make sure we felt confident and comfortable. He went above and beyond to reassure my wife and me that our dogs would be well cared for. John spent one-on-one time with our pups, making sure they felt safe and welcomed upon entry and boarding. He also offered great recommendations for the local area, which was a thoughtful bonus and I made sure to pass the information on to my partner. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out—and he did it all with a smile. If you're looking for a trustworthy, clean, and caring place for your pets, this is it. Huge thanks to John and the team!

Very nice staff. Cats were returned in the same (if not better) condition after three weeks. Which means that they howled at me the whole way home, the same way they howled at me going there. Changes to my pick-up schedule were handled promptly and with ease. Now if GPS worked as well...
