In a dog centric city it is nice to find a vet just for kitty’s. The people at City Kitty are kind, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I could not have found a better place in Providence.

Dr. Flynn is just an absolute gem who has such a genuine love for cats. She’s accompanied me every step of the way as my Noodle girl has been very sick, and even made herself available to offer guidance during Noodle’s long and challenging hospitalization. I am so grateful for her and for the whole City Kitty team, who have made us feel so loved and supported during an incredibly challenging time. 💜

City Kitty has always taken phenomanal care of my cat Kitty. Not only do they explain everything thoroughly and give options of treatment, they continuously go above and beyond every time I am there. It’s the little things all the staff does to be truly loving & caring practice. As a nervous millennial mom of a 16 year old cat, they have always made me feel like Kitty was truly being taken care of by people who love her.

The staff here is incredible. When I first adopted my cat and was looking for a good vet, folks directed me towards City Kitty which had an excellent reputation for genuinely caring very deeply for their cat patients on top of being very expert and professional. I've been taking my senior cat here for the two years since I've adopted him, and we've gotten nothing but exceptional care. Gnocchi is 10 years old now and has joint pain in his back legs and a history before I adopted him of urinary crystals, and I've had to bring him in for biting off the hair at the base of his tail. The tail thing took several visits to figure out the issue, which was financially stressful but I budget for it, but I was surprised and touched that they didn't charge me for the last visit - they just wanted to see him one more time be 100% sure Gnocchi had the care he needed. I think that speaks volumes about their ethics. The veterinarians and vet techs are SO sweet and gentle with my terrified little guy, and they take time to answer all my questions and to explain each step of the examination and treatment so I know what is happening and how best to care for Gnocchi when we go home. I could not rec

I came to them in such a bad state of stress, financially and physically, as I just had spinal fusion surgery. Jillian went above and beyond to help me explore every option to get my cat, Honey aka fat mama, the help she needed. I am forever grateful for her and her knowledge. Dr. Mercurio was also great. She called me right away and gave me different options for my situation as well as some very good information regarding Honey. All the staff I came in contact with was professional, nice, welcoming, greeted me with a smile, and was patient with me, which is so important for us cat parents when our babies aren't feeling great. I can not thank them enough. I would recommend this place first and forever for any kitty in need of an excellent veterinarian. Thee absolute best!!!
