City Bark Miami has been absolutely amazing with my pup, Chai. 🐶🩵 You can tell they genuinely care. Chai loves it there, which gives me so much peace of mind. One of my favorite things is that they send pictures and videos multiple times a day. It really makes a difference being able to see him happy and having fun while I’m away. They take such great care of my fur baby, and I truly trust them. They maintain a clean environment and have themed activities for the doggies. Highly recommend!

City Bark is the absolute best!!! My Pretzel has a lot of anxiety but with all the love, care, and playtime she gets at City Bark, she shows up wagging and running with a smile to the staff members!! There’s no place I would trust more to take care of my baby. You can tell they love what they do and treat all the dogs like their own, I haven’t met kinder, more loving and caring people. I love how they know Pretzel by her name when she shows up, and the way Pretzel looks so happy truly warms my whole heart. They are so attentive to every dogs needs even as they change I trust them fully. Pretzel loves going and participating in all the fun activities they have - especially holiday dress up!!! I also personally love and feel so reassured by all the photos and videos I receive while traveling, it gives me peace of mind seeing how happy she is. Overall, city park gets 100 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love it there and most importantly Pretzel loves it🩷

City Bark is the best doggy daycare and groomer in Miami! I’ve tried a few other doggy daycares in the area, and never felt like my pup was properly taken care of. City Bark is completely different. The staff is so thoughtful and send me videos throughout the day of my dog having a great time socializing with other dogs. When I pick up her up there, she’s happy and tired from her play day. The staff gives me a report on how she was, when/if she ate, when she was taken out for bathroom breaks, ect. Going to City Bark has been one of the best decisions for my pup. I’m not bringing her anywhere else! Thank you for caring for my dog like she’s your own, City Bark! Update: they gave this picture of her for Christmas 🥹

If I could give City Bark 10 stars, I absolutely would! When I first moved to Miami from New York almost two years ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding the right daycare for my dogs. It’s such a process to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your babies — with staff that’s friendly, caring, and that your dogs truly love. City Bark has nailed all of this and more. Luba (one of the owners) is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly attentive and always notices if something seems off with my two pups. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every time I drop them off. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful — always kind, smiling, and genuinely engaging with the dogs. I love that they’re never just locked in cages; they get to play, interact, and be loved on throughout the day. I also really appreciate that the staff occasionally sends me pictures and videos — it’s so reassuring to actually see my dogs happy and having fun. Long story short: if you’re looking for the best daycare in Miami for your dogs, this is the place!

We live in Brickell and we send our doggy to hotels while we are out of town. We were extremely disappointed with our previous dog boarding store in Brickell so we decided to try City Bark in downtown. It is a bit of walk, but they have not let us down a single time in the past one year! Our dog is much happier to go play and stay at City Bark. Each time she comes home with full energy (or no energy if you know what I mean :). They also have great grooming service you can pair with at exit. The prices are reasonable and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it to dog parents.
