Needs to catch up with the rest of the Cinemarks. Love the vibe inside but the fact they don’t have reclining seats for their big movies is a let down. Cinemark is known for the recliners and even heated reclining chairs. Great stadium seating, great popcorn but we went and saw the new Spider-Man and we’re looking at all theaters and we’re wondering why this one was open or had the most openings and this is probably why it doesn’t have the recliners

Caught a movie here the other day and had a solid experience. The seats were comfortable, the theater was clean, and the screen and sound were both really good. Staff was cool and everything moved pretty quick, from getting tickets to grabbing snacks. Overall just a chill place to catch a movie. Definitely one of those theaters I’ll keep coming back to.

My fiancé and I went and saw the 6:50 PM showing of Supergirl in theater three yesterday. The movie wasn’t bad. The only problem was that the audio kept cutting out. At first, we thought this was more of a stylistic choice. Kind of like a “ears ringing“ kind of thing. But then it happened four other times. There was just purely no dialogue. There would still be some background music/noise but just no dialogue. At the end of the movie, two characters have a heart to heart and we could not hear any of that entire conversation. It really threw me out of the film. This is a movie that I’m going to have to see again at a better theater just so I can actually know what happened. It’s really a shame. I have a lot of nostalgic and fond memories of this movie theater and mall in general. But every time I go here, I’m reminded of how old and run down this place really is.

Jason is a heaven sent human being it’s 9:20 PM Sunday night May 17 a beautiful woman invites me over for a movie night. The only catch is I need to DoorDash popcorn but in the speedy checkout, I forgot to add extra butter could have been the ultimate blunder frantically I call Cinemark in Spanish Fork, only to hear the charming voice of Jason. I say, sir I’ve just ordered a DoorDash popcorn and I forgot to add extra butter throughout immediately. he understood the assignment said do not worry and have no fear for your popcorn Will be safe with Jason here. Nearly in tears I thanked him and he just said it’s all part of the job. Truly my hero thank you Jayson.

It had been a while since I last saw a movie at Cinemark Provo 16, but I recently went back to watch Lilo & Stitch and was pleasantly surprised by how much the experience has improved. While movie prices in general have skyrocketed in recent years, Cinemark Provo 16 still offers some of the more reasonable ticket prices around—definitely a plus for families and frequent moviegoers. One of the biggest standouts from this visit was how much better managed and cleaner the theater felt compared to past visits. We learned this is largely thanks to the new General Manager, Paul. We actually ran into him while he was walking around greeting guests—such a friendly and personable guy. It’s always great to see management so engaged. The snack area has also had a noticeable upgrade. The new layout is more efficient and easier to navigate, which really helps cut down on wait times and crowding. Overall, it was a great movie night and a big improvement from the past. Kudos to Paul and the team! We’ll definitely be back.
