Chow Hound Pet Supplies

I liked shopping here because their prices are great, but the last few times I've gone in there, Aug 13, 2026 being the most recent, none of the animals had any enrichment. The chinchillas, rabbit, and guniea pigs had hay to chew on and that's it; the chinchillas looked mad depressed. The betta fish were all in filthy water. Do better.

This is our go-to location for our pet food and supplies. It’s rare to never have a somewhat negative experience at least once somewhere that you frequent quite often, but I can honestly say that this is one of those places. The employees there are always very friendly and helpful. The prices there are comparable to most of the other pet supplies stores, but the customer service and convenience is what keeps us coming back. Be sure to thank your employees, the heart of your business, as they are representing your company so well!

I love shopping here with my ESA Sunday 💜 we especially love your selection of unscented, all natural, clumping clay litter. My cat Sunday is super particular about his litterbox and the products he uses. He loves to go to the pet store with me to pick out new toys and to see the birds 🐦 We've had excellent luck with this location where the aisles are very well stocked with many different options. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the store cat is also very friendly and often found sleeping with the kittens or between the puppy kibble at the back of the store. The animals for adoption are always well kept with lots of enrichment in their enclosures and tended frequently by staff. I love the selection of baked goods for the puppies, the treats options for kittens and senior cats, as well as the healthy goat milk options. All in all, we love our local chowhound and the staff that breathes life into pet retail. We've been regular customers for about 2 years now and I see us continuing to come back again and again. Thanks chowhound!

Dog wash station: - very convenient - towels shampoo cotton balls treats included plus many other features - open to 9pm!!!! - pay without having to use a timed machine My dry clothes and untrained back will enable me to pay the extra $5 over the local competitor.

Loved it. Very organized and I met one of the managers dogs. She's adorable. Prices are good, reasonable. Store very clean. And I got my Jack Russell Terriers Santa frosted dog treats and 2 new collars and a rope.
