Every visit to Chewy vet is essentially the same! ... Wonderful greeting at door, always have smiles and offering of beverages, amazing techs who love your pup and make them feel welcome, caring vets and technicians who take their time with your pup if they need it, follow up description of symptoms and care plan in Chewy pet portal and ease of ordering prescriptions directly from Chewy. Overall, just an amazing experience. Thank you!

I think it was a little expensive, maybe including certain basic services in the initial visit like nail cutting. Otherwise, I think the staff from start to finish was very knowledgeable of my pet’s needs, they were attentive, waiting time was minimal, I was seen right away, they treated Alfred with respect and care, all answers were immediate and I was encouraged to ask questions and I was listened to. Very nice clean place. They offer complementary water and treats for your pet.

My experience in Chewy Vet Care (Coral Springs) was excellent. From the moment I called, the people who answered the phone treated me very, very well. The doctor who treated my little dog explained everything perfectly to me. They gave my dog a toy and examined him thoroughly. The care and attention I received felt truly five-star. I’m happy to know there are still people who provide great customer service and make you feel so satisfied with the care you receive. Thank you so much for everything.

Absolutely amazing experience. My dog was having issues with allergies as well as dealing with an infection so I ended up calling Chewy Vet since one opened 7 minutes away from my house. Setting up the appointment was simple and the fee for the visit is pretty standard for vets locally when I called. I had one person on the phone tell me to ask the vet when I go in about the membership which waives the exam fee when you sign up to their monthly membership which was nice to not worry about. Walking in the lobby is very clean and organized with a refrigerator with water for people bringing their dogs in and free treats for the animals. My pup Rufus was weighed once he got in and had his picture taken for his profile the staff up front were super friendly giving him all the scratches and attention. We were brought into the exam room within 5 minutes of coming in which was refreshing and the room was brand new so it looks great with nice furniture to make the animals more relaxed like being at home. Both the vet tech and the vet were extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving me options for treatment not making me feel like they are pushing to get the most money out of me. In the end t

I’ve been bringing my boy, Bruce, to Chewy at Coral Springs for almost a year, and it has been a game-changer. Having visited other clinics in the past, I always felt like just another client, and the service was often limited to the basics, but here, the staff truly goes the extra mile to understand both me and Bruce on a deeper level. A special shout-out to Tiff, Kiki and Dr. Newman who always makes sure Bruce is comfortable and has everything he needs. They explain everything in a way that’s clear and easy to grasp. And, the team has also been incredibly reassuring and ease my worries, especially on those days when we had unexpected concerns. It’s clear that they are not only professionals but genuinely care about their clients and their pets. Even though I don’t live nearby, the drive is absolutely worth it because I feel like part of the family. If you’re looking for a place that goes above and beyond, then look no further!
