I boarded my dog here for 6 days and 5 nights and had a great experience. The staff and owner were very attentive. I had an update of my dog every single day, pictures and videos. I was worried about my dog because he has separation anxiety and does not like being alone. When it was time to pick him up he looked so very well taken care of, so clean and so happy. Chester’s dog daycare really made it easier to enjoy my time away without constantly worrying because I knew my dog was in good hands. We will be coming back!

I will never bring my dog here again. I specifically asked them not to cut my dog’s hair, and when I picked him up him had the worst haircut he had ever received in his whole life. None of the workers spoke English, so I asked to speak with an owner. The female owner assured me that they had made a mistake and I would only be charged the day rate for the duration of my dogs stay. As I was paying, the other (male) owner called the business insisting that I pay the original rate. I refused this and then the worker threatened to call the police to report me for theft. I then started calling the police to get this situated, but then the workers insisted I leave without paying stating it was at no charge. Very sketchy.

After 3hrs that I had dropped off my little one, I called to see how much longer and they said they still had 3 or 4 ahead of him, so I requested that I can just go pick him up because he hadn't eaten, I get there and they still charged me $30, which is not a bad price but what bothers me was that they told me they hadn't done anything to him. And the reason they charged me $30 was because they had done a "shower" but his face looked a bit nasty still with boogers and dark, so Im guessing they just gave him a quick wash and some perfume over him, that's it, something I usually do at home easily. I feel like I was taken for a fool, and I won't come back. So that was my experience, it was literally my 1st time going there and it'll for sure be the last.

Today was the first time I’ve taken my dog to get groomed and it was amazing! My dog came back happy and smelled so good. He was well taken care of and the people were so sweet and caring. 10/10 will defenilty be taking my dog again and will tell my friends about this place. And loved the cute little bow tie. Amazing service and great deals for cheap price. Thank you guys so much for my dogs grooming 💗.

It was the first time I ever took one of my dogs to the groomers since I always did it myself so I was a bit nervous, but the people there were so kind and took care of my dog Inky so well I really recommend this place, and did his haircut plus bath nails and teeth all for just 30 dollars I think that's a reasonable price I'm so glad I brought him here and in the end he looked so handsome and happy
