Advance is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Advance follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Honestly I’m disappointed with how this car wash is going downhill. Bay 1 still doesn’t have the air drier fixed, Bay 3 the air drier hose was disconnected up top so it also can’t be used (it’s been like this for over a month now). I’m not sure wether it was the owner or just a maintenance personnel but they had their side by side in bay 4 not washing it (maybe bay 4 was down too). I’ll delete this review whenever I see a change. Also I went on Sunday and there were no cones, his response is invalid.

I’ve always loved coming to this car wash because it’s the only touchless wash in the area, and I’ve consistently had great experiences here. I usually purchase the $16 wash without any issues. Today, however, was a completely different experience. I used the wash on the left side, and while I noticed a sign saying the speaker wasn’t working, I didn’t think much of it. Once I entered the wash, I immediately noticed that the tire wash at the entrance wasn’t working. The wash then only sprayed my vehicle with water and rinsed it. None of the usual wash functions seemed to operate, and even the blowers at the end never turned on. I know this is not how the $16 wash is supposed to work because I come here regularly and have always been satisfied until today. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I couldn’t find any customer service contact information anywhere on the property. I also tried looking online, but the website wasn’t working, and I couldn’t find a phone number to report the issue or request a refund. I’m very disappointed with this experience. I’m hoping someone from management sees this review, reaches out to help resolve the issue, and provides a refun

Good carwash, not great. Spent 8 bucks to do it myself-wash only. Too expensive for me. There's a better do it yourself carwash in clemmons. Spent 5 bucks for the same amount of time.

I just took my car to the self-service car wash and I used my bank card. It says at the top there is a five dollar minimum so I knew that it would be five dollars charged on my bank card however when I checked it showed $10 so The owner called me back quickly an explained it was my bank that puts the hold not their machine .. just thought this would Be helpful for anyone else that noticed that .. so in short the carwash place is wonderful an always clean an offers nice service ..thanks so much to the owner who took the time to call me an explain things
