Chateau Veterinary Hospital

My elderly cats received the best care treating short term issues but thinking about their long term needs. Both the staff and the vets are so thoughtful, caring and take great care and time to explain every option and step in the process. I highly recommend any of the vets at Chateau for the best care!

The staff is welcoming! The waiting lounge is refreshing. I appreciate the kindness that everyone has toward myself and our pets. I can tell how much everyone loves what they do! Love this place!! (The service Bruce had was an initial exam, blood work, and vaccinations. Bruce was a feral cat that finally found my friendliness approvable. :-D )

I can't say enough great things about this veterinary office. The staff is always friendly, compassionate, and professional, and they genuinely care about the well-being of every pet that comes through the door. The veterinarians take the time to explain everything thoroughly and never make you feel rushed. From the front desk to the medical team, everyone provides exceptional customer service and treats both pets and their owners with kindness and respect. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality veterinary care.

One huge bonus that not many people realize: if you’re traveling with two pets, they can be listed on one health certificate. That alone saved us time, money, and unnecessary stress. Before finding Chateau, I had reached out to several clinics and felt overwhelmed and unsure. The moment Summer answered my call, I felt confident we were in the right hands—and I was right. We arrived in France with zero issues. One very important tip for anyone traveling internationally with pets: yes, the health certificate must be validated within 10 days of travel, but your vet appointment should be scheduled at least one month before your departure. This allows enough ti

I am forever grateful to Chateau Veterinary Hospital for saving Thor’s life. Because of them, I still have my Thor with me today. The entire team showed incredible care, compassion, and dedication during such a scary time. They treated Thor like he was their own, and that means everything to me. I cannot thank them enough and will always recommend them to anyone who wants their pet in truly caring hands.
