Chae is an exceptional groomer! I’ve taken my dog to her multiple times, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. She consistently does an amazing job, and my dog always comes home looking adorable with the cutest haircut. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also kind, professional, and very accommodating. Scheduling appointments is always easy because she responds quickly and offers several date and time options to fit my schedule. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about both the pets and their owners. I highly recommend Chae to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable, and caring groomer. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!

I just picked up Margo from her second grooming appointment at Chae’s Glamorous Grooms, and I couldn’t be happier! Margo looks absolutely adorable and was clearly well cared for throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and everything was completed right on time. It’s such a relief to find a groomer who is professional, reliable, and genuinely cares about the animals they work with. Highly recommend Chae’s Glamorous Grooms to anyone looking for quality grooming and great customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

I took my one-year-old pup, Maxwell, to Chae’s when we first moved to the area, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was pretty nervous since Max had only been groomed a couple of times before and was always anxious during the process. When I first reached out, I explained this to Chae and she immediately reassured me that it wasn’t a problem. She has experience working with anxious dogs and understands that patience and a calm approach make all the difference. Her pricing is transparent and very reasonable for the all-inclusive service she provides—bath, dry, groom/scissor trim, face shaping, and nails. During the appointment she even sent photos of Max along his grooming journey, which really helped me relax knowing he was doing well. Max came out looking great, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and professional. I’d definitely recommend Chae to anyone with a doodle, an anxious or nervous pup, or really any dog that needs a quality groom.

Chae took such care of my girls! I have been on the hunt for a groomer that has the patience and attention to detail that Chae has. My girls looked SO cute their first session. We look forward to coming back 🐾

My dog had been going to the same groomer for almost 10 years, and I decided it was time for a change. I found Chae on Yelp and reached out to her. She responded quickly, and I was able to get my dog scheduled for an appointment right away. On the day of the appointment, she kept me updated and was very upfront about pricing. My dog was matted, and she let me know ahead of time that there would be a price adjustment because of that. In the past, my dog had to be shaved a few times because the groomers said her coat couldn’t be saved. However, Chae was able to do exactly what I asked for, and my dog came out looking so cute! I would definitely recommend her to anyone. She’s trustworthy, communicates well, and clearly cares about her clients and their pets. Thank you, Chae! Before and after pics.
