I picked Central Bark originally because it's very convenient to my office and I wanted somewhere for my Great Dane to get some socialization and fun while I was busy. Harley Quinn loves going to play with her friends. A few years later, we adopted a special needs Dane puppy, Winter, and really wanted her to be able to get the same benefits as her big sister. The staff there has been excellent with showing her the same attention and care, while communicating with me if she has issues. I'm so happy that both my girls can enjoy some time with their friends in an environment with staff who care for them as much as I do! I love hearing about their day and seeing their report cards/photos.

Our dog Penny has been attending Central Bark Madison Southeast for 6 months now and it has been great! She attends daycare two days per week and they are certainly her favorite days of the week - whining in the car when we pull up kind of favorite. We’ve started scheduling her grooming appointments at Central Bark too which has been incredibly convenient. The staff are all wonderful and caring and provide good communication about how Penny is doing during the day. Occasional email updates with photos are a lovely addition!

It’s Rita’s Happy Place. She started with Free puppy Sunday! It’s so fun to see the puppies play so well together and the different personalities. Now she attends weekly enrichment day with training added at times and I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Everyone super attentive and helpful. Communication is fantastic. Last, she looks like a movie star after her grooming appt. She’s a very Happy Girl. Photo is Puppy Rita.

We have been sending our dog Autymn there for over 5 years. The staff there is amazing and really take the time to get to know your pup. Autymn is quirky but they love her just as she is. Alyssa is always super friendly and willing to help out. I have never had an issue with adjusting daycare days or scheduling last minute sleepovers. I love when the handlers bring Autymn out and share stories from their day or even pictures they took through out the day. All of the staff there is wonderful and Autymn loves them!

My dog Beau has been going to Central Bark Madison for four years now: two days of daycare a week, plenty of sleepovers, nail trims, and even the occasional bath. They are THE BEST! The staff are incredible: they know their stuff, they truly love the animals, and most importantly, they know each dog and what they need to thrive. Beau is a wonderful boy with a big personality, but he does need some management to be his best self, and the team has always taken amazing care of him while balancing the needs of the group. I love that they keep their playgroups small and consistent, which makes for such a positive experience. Over the summer I had to leave Beau for 15 days while I traveled internationally, and even though I was nervous, the staff answered all my questions and helped me feel comfortable. Beau came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. From daycare to boarding to grooming, every single service has been excellent. Alyssa, Allison, and the rest of the crew are professional, kind, and always a joy to see at drop-off. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be safe, happy, and truly known, I can’t recommend Central Bark Madison enough ❤️
