I took my Bichon mix pup for her first grooming here. I was extremely disappointed. They shaved her to the skin. I brush her everyday and she wasn't matted anywhere but her ears. I am not a groomer so I was willing to suck it up on that one but her nails were not trimmed nor were her ears cleaned out. I came home and clipped her nails and cut hair wads from both ears. I paid $65 for a 10 pound dogs full groom service. Never going back and will not recommend anyone use this business.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience for me and my dogs. When I dropped off, I reiterated that yes, some mats were present, and if they can’t work them out, they can cut through them and brush out, or, avoid them and I’ll handle, but under no circumstances are they to shave my dogs. I asked the staff member if she had ever groomed this breed and she said yes. So I felt relief in that because she would know they are scissor cut dogs with hair, not fur. I left them in their hands. 7 hours later, I got a call that they were able to “cut” one but the other has to be shaved. I said no, do not shave I’ll come pick them up. When I arrived they hadn’t “cut” my other dog, they had shaved him. It seems like they didn’t understand my instructions or just didn’t care. I won’t be returning.

Jade is amazing!!! She’s done my golden doodle twice now and killed it! Definitely 10/10

Took my 19.5lb, long haired Dachshund in to have her groomed again as usual and I could not be more unhappy. Unsure what has changed here, but my dog’s beautiful long fur has been SHAVED OFF! Dog was at the vets two days ago, so I have proof that she was not matted. My teenage daughter dropped off, and picked up the dog and couldn’t believe what was done. And now the price has gone up to $63+tip for a terrible service. The dog is 10yrs old, so I hope the long hair grows back as pretty as before. Not the best pictures below, but you get the before and after. My previous 5 star rating is now a 1 star. Do not recommend at all. 👎🏼 Post from 6yrs ago: Incredible experience with my long haired Dachshund. Friendly people, great service, and my dog is happy and beautiful again. I will be returning regularly.
