I'm a few months into the masterclass program through CATCH and have been loving it! I'm only on phase 4, but the material so far has been engaging, thorough, and very thoughtful. You can tell that it was written and selected by people who genuinely love dogs and want their students to succeed. I also really appreciate the self motivated structure of the course and the wide variety of material provided. My program advisor, Devi, has also been amazing & so helpful with my myriad of questions. She even took the time to speak with me after my own dog was attacked by an off leash dog, and the advice and pointers she gave made me feel much safer & more prepared if (God forbid) the same were to happen again. Even just hearing about how she cares for her own dogs has taught me so much! She's a dedicated advisor and wonderful teacher. As far as their workshops go, I completed their Behavior Modification Level 2 workshop in April and absolutely loved it. Every aspect of the workshop clearly had a lot of care put into it, while also being flexible enough that people in all different situations could complete the course. I learned so much from both the materials and the discussion boards.

I attended CATCH fully virtual and had the best experience. The curriculum was really easy to follow and you get a physical copy of the phases as well as access to the student center that also has the phases. The program director had a pretty open schedule to answer any questions I had throughout my entire time with them. Working with a mentor was amazing too. It really helped me understand a lot more concepts being able to see things done versus just reading about them. My family is pretty busy, so being able to work at my own pace was a huge plus for me. If you're considering taking this path, I highly recommend CATCH. It's also all positive based which I love as well.

I've thoroughly enjoyed the material and have learned so much through CATCH. The program directors and other support are always prompt with responses to questions and eager to help me understand something I have a question about. I like that you don't just learn how to train, but also how dogs learn. I would 100% recommend CATCH to others interested in learning about dog training and behavior.

I was reluctant to enroll as I'm not a spring chicken. After discussing with Julie ,she reassured me i would do well. I have been training my dogs for the last 17 years with a Catch Trainer and the methods used were easy. I took a leap of faith in their program and my ability. The class did not let met down. I learned the back pages of what my trainer was teaching us. There were chapters I did well with from experience and then there were ones that I needed to concentrate on as I wasn't as familiar with the material. All in all it was a great experience . My advisor at Catch was Julie. She did an outstanding job answering my questions . I can highly recommend to anyone interestedi n learning about dog training, take their classes. As a nonverbal quadriplegic who communicates with an eye-controlled device, I wasn’t sure how CATCH’s program would work for me—but they went above and beyond. From digitalizing all my learning materials to ensuring I fully understood each lesson, the instructors and program directors were incredibly supportive and adaptable. Thanks to CATCH, I gained the knowledge and confidence to coach my students through positive, force-free training. I can now help them understand the “why” behind their dog’s behavior and guide them toward success. I’m forever grateful to CATCH for taking a chance on me and making my education truly accessible.
