I was assisted by Amya (Tech) & Dr. Lance. Both were very knowledgeable and kind to my kitten. The entire place was super calm; my little guy was very comfortable and we definitely made the right choice in care. Everyone in the office was very sweet (shoutout to Mia the receptionist) and welcoming to the both us is and answered all of my questions as a first time cat parent in-depth (even the foolish ones). You can safely ignore the negative reviews about this place, here is what I loved. Transparent billing, everything is discussed in the appointment and the Doctor did not jump to immediately suggesting the most expensive treatments. We came up with a cost effective treatment solution that was tailored to our needs. The Doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time through the appointment to explain everything and answer all of my questions, I did not feel talked down to or talked at. It was a very pleasant experience. They treated my cat with absolute care and respect, I will not be taking my cats anywhere else this place is the real deal! Knowledgeable and caring staff make appointments here easy Also, the amount they charge for securing an appointment DOES get credited to your visit and goes towards your exam fee, not sure why other reviews said that it doesn’t. That is simply not true.

I am writing to alert Dr. Jane Brunt to what happened today at the office. My cat has been a patient at CHAT for 6 years. In that time, we've had nothing short of perfect service from the vet techs and the vets. They have been wonderful. Very clear. Very transparent. Very kind. My cat has adored them. This time--today-- I met with a senior vet tech (name unknown) and Dr. L about a dental issue. My cat had lost two front fangs. First, the cat was evaluated by senior vet tech name unknown, who weighed her, briefly looked in her mouth, and listened to her heart. Then, Dr. L came in. Dr. L took a thorough look into her mouth and said there was some inflammation; she should get a dental cleaning; and there may be part of a tooth left in one of the fangs that might need removal. He quoted an estimate of about $1500. He said it might take month to get an appointment because they were booked out. He left and senior vet tech came back with an estimate of $2400-$3100 with FOUR extractions. He also told us we could get in the next day. This was whiplash. I asked him go over the bill with me. I could not reconcile the vet citing one possible extraction and a cleaning with the vet tech c

I had an outstanding experience at this cat hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff went out of their way to make my kitty feel safe and comfortable. The facility was immaculately clean, calm, and clearly designed with cats in mind. Everyone we interacted with was warm, patient, and genuinely caring. They diagnosed my kitty quickly and thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and provided the proper medications with accurate dosage instructions. I was so relieved to see how relaxed my cat was throughout the visit—something that never happens at the vet! I’m incredibly grateful for the level of care we received from Dr. Brunt and her staff. Highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for exceptional feline-focused veterinary care.
