Liverpool is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Liverpool follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Jess was such a great help! I was able to bring my cat, Sylvan, in for a walk-in nail trimming and she helped him with it super fast. Looking forward to coming back for more nail trimmings in the future!

I would give zero stars if I could. My dog stayed here while we were on vacation, and when I sent someone to pick him up today, she was told he was almost done his groom. A service I never requested. Moments later, she let me know his toenail was bleeding badly. Still at this point there was no communication from Carm’s themselves as they didn’t even know whose dog they had. When *I* called them, not the other way around, they admitted they had mixed my dog up with another dog named Charlie and performed services without even confirming they had the right dog. That alone is unacceptable. Then, when I raised concern about my dog bleeding, I was told that was “normal.” It is absolutely not normal for a dog to be sent home bleeding, and the dismissive response was incredibly concerning. I have adopted 5 dogs in the past 7 years have never received a bleeding dog after a groom and then told that was normal. (We were new to Carm’s) To make things worse, I was told a manager would call me back at noon. Instead, they called my employee, and still didn’t even know who they were speaking to. They had to ask the owners name. The lack of organization and communication is shocking. And af

Always a great experience. This time we had a new groomer Bre and she was great. I just wish they kept notes on the dogs so from groomer to groomer they’d know what was done.

UPDATE: I previously posted a nice review for Carm’s Liverpool stemming from a great experience. I’d like to update my 5 star review and lower my rating. This past week I took my dogs in for baths. Both animals were seniors. They had been to Carm’s many times for grooming and we had very good service and a caring staff. This past visit was really disappointing. This was one of my dogs’ last bath. She was being put to rest due to a drastic decline in her health. I was assured by the groomer that she was going to spend a little extra time and take it slow with my dog due to her age, health, and the fact that this was her final bathing. My dogs were taken to the back right away. I returned to my vehicle which I had to clean because my dog had an accident in the car. Apparently the workers thought I had left, and went outside to the parking lot to smoke and chat. My animals were sent straight into a kennel, not to getting bathed! I was contacted about 2 hours later to pick the animals up. When I arrived, both dogs were really wet, they didn’t smell fresh like usual, and the staff member commented to me that she was unable to get “the poop” off of my dogs front legs. I explained that it
