It was the first time taking our dogs to a groomer and Carm's was great with them. The employees were very helpful and nice. They answered all our questions and concerns.

My dog responds to "Carms" like I said treat she absolutely loves it there! They are so great I get her groomed there, she goes to daycare, and she has been boarded there. Always positive experiences.

My husband took our kitty to be groomed by Carm today and let me just say… he is so handsome! And he smells lovely, lol! He gets knots that he won’t let us brush on his sternum and he can’t reach said spot because he is so fluffy. And of course, as all fluffy cat owners know… the butt 🤦‍♀️ Thank you so much, Carm and staff! 5 ⭐️ all around (Before photos for comparison)

To be honest, this was a couple of years ago, but it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of my life. I didn’t leave a review at the time because there wasn’t any way to do that. And now I see they have Google reviews so here I go…. I dropped off my two dogs, one was three and the other one was approximately a year. They were there for four days. That is not the way I dropped him off, obviously, He would not have been accepted. The staff insisted that they hadn’t noticed it and that he seemed fine otherwise. Needless to say, I was not happy. I couldn’t get any satisfaction from anyone there, and it was 6:30 in the morning So we left with our dogs. By early afternoon, My boxer was coughing so hard that we took him to the emergency vet. $250 later he was diagnosed with kennel cough. Yes, he was vaccinated for it. I immediately called the kennel, and asked to speak to a manager. She was the rudest, m

Loved the daily picture updates that were posted on Facebook. They were so nice and accommodating and looks like the dogs had their own mini vacation while we were gone for 10 days. They were super communicative about what was going on and responsive to my questions. Definitely using them again.
