The staff here were AMAZING with my cat Cheeto and saved his life!! 🙂 He was having crackling in his lungs and they immediately took him back, got him into oxygen and stabilized him. He was estimated to stay 2 days and only stayed 1 and has been doing so well ever since. The vet herself was very knowledgeable and empathic and I felt completely comfortable asking questions/brainstorming what I wanted to do next. The staff was also VERY good, like the best I’ve seen with staying in communication with you. I didn’t have to call one time because in the day he was there they kept calling me to give updates throughout the day. It really eased my anxiety as my cat was experiencing a life-threatening event. I HIGHLY recommend this place for emergencies. The only downside is the cost as it was very pricey but that’s also to be expected with ER vets in my personal experience.

We had a scare with our senior cat Luna, and brought her to CARE in the middle of the night. The staff were all so kind and knowledgeable. The gentleman at the desk, the techs, and doctor were all fantastic. They were quick to see Luna and create a treatment plan. We did have to wait a few hours for diagnostics, but that was the be expected when she wasn’t high triage level. Estimate was normal for emergency care, not overpriced. We didn’t get everyone’s names, but just wanted to say thank you so much for taking good care of our Luna Bug!

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for your help and kindness on one of the most difficult of days. My precious Felipe was brought in barely breathing and needed to be put down. He was a rescue that I had the greatest pleasure of being able to be called his mom. He had my heart from the moment I met him and took a piece of it with him when he passed. Thank you for allowing me to hug him and talk to him about all our happy adventures and how I loved him so very much. Thank you for the extra minutes you gave me with him.

We cannot say enough good things about the Physical Therapy team here. These incredible women have been working with our dog, Charley, for the past three months, and the progress he’s made under their care is nothing short of remarkable. Charley has Wobbler syndrome and underwent major surgery where he went from not being able to walk without full-time assistance to now walking independently and enjoying his two-mile daily walks again. We are grateful for their expertise, patience, and genuine care. Charley absolutely adores his PT visits so much so that we joke these ladies are his “girlfriends.” They understand his stubborn moments, always check in to make sure nothing is preventing him from participating that day, and address any areas of pain before pushing forward. They’ve taken the time to truly know him (including the fact that he loves carrots… and yes, they even buy them for him 🥕). Beyond the in-clinic work, they’ve empowered us as owners by teaching us what to do at home so we can help Charley help himself.
