Captain Creek Ranch

My first visit was very satisfying, and I didn't mind paying $80 and leaving a $20 tip; however, the second visit was terrible—the work they did on my little dog was abysmal. My daughter made it very clear that they were not to cut her eyelashes, yet they cut them anyway and left knots in one of her ears. I definitely won't be going back there.😤

I can’t say enough good things about this dog grooming facility and the incredible team behind it. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that they genuinely care about both pets and their owners. The space is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up to keep dogs calm and comfortable. Our groomers were absolutely fantastic—patient, attentive, and clearly experienced. They took the time to ask about my dog’s specific needs and preferences, which made me feel confident that he was in the best hands. When I picked him up, he looked amazing—perfectly groomed, soft, and happy. Even better, he wasn’t stressed at all, which speaks volumes about how he was treated during his visit. What really sets this place apart is the level of care and attention to detail. It’s not just about making dogs look good—they truly prioritize their well-being and comfort. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every aspect of their service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring grooming experience.

Captain Creek Ranch is by far the best grooming place my fur baby Zoey (maltipoo) has been too. We have never been unsatisfied with our visits for grooming or boarding. They truly have always taken the best care of Zoey. She never becomes matted between her visits, due to the difference in the way they groom poodles compared to typical places. For years have groomed her every 5-6 weeks and always got feedback she was “matted” because the groomers didn’t groom poodles right, until I made the switch to Captain Creek Ranch and they shared the knowledge of the way they groom poodles compared to others it all made total sense. They truly are the best! Zoey loves getting her spa days and seeing her friends at Captain Creek Ranch. Thank you guys!!🫶🏼🤩

I have been a long time customer of Captain Creek Ranch. I travel extensively with my job and my boy, Cooper, spends lots of time there, including week long stays. He is always excited when we arrive. He loves all the staff, and so do I! They post photos daily of Cooper and all of his friends in Daycare so I can see him having fun. Plus, they have the best groomer around! Captain Creek recently installed artificial turf in their huge play yards to keep their guests clean and help eliminate allergies in your dog! I could not have my job without this great place for Cooper! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

The staff at Captain Creek Ranch are second to none!! You know they love their jobs, they greet you and your fur baby with open arms and are knowledgeable on so many different levels. I have experienced several of their services offered. Clean facility, very well run from the minute you drop your fur baby off to the minute you pick them up, I promise you, it will be the best experience for your whole family. The grooming is phenomenal!! The Owner Dan is highly trained for top notch grooming! Lastly I want to tell people who may be looking for a Standard Poodle. Make Captain Creek your #1 choice. I have had Standards in the past before I brought home 2 of Dans and Wow! Their health, they're beautiful gait, and Dans Standards have the BEST temperaments I've ever experienced. Captain Creek Standards are very smart which makes training easier on you both.
