I went in to get platinum blonde highlights. I didn't want a lot just at the crown. I explained to the instructor that my granddaughter is graduating from high school in a week and I wanted my hair to look nice. Mira , the student could not have been nicer. She only has a month of school left so I trusted her . The instructor came over and told her to do from what it looks like my whole head and also forgot to tell me I would be orange for about 8 weeks until they can get the right color. I am devastated. Now I have to attend my first grandchilds graduation looking like I have an orange chrysanthemum on my head. I do not blame Mira at all btw. She just did what she was told to do.

First off I will say I know this is a college & students are doing my hair! I have been here many times throughout the years. I am also aware that mistakes happen. I visited the salon last Tuesday and received great service. I got my eyebrows waxed, hair dyed and cut. I'm happy with all of it. That evening I noticed my lower left back part of my head starting to feel irritated. I felt around and noticed there was still hair dye in my hair. Enough that I got it under my nails very easily. I promptly went in and showered, making sure to scrub it all out. After cleaning the area there were visible blisters that had broken open when I scrubbed my head clean. Still I wasn't mad. The next day I called to let an instructor know about the issue and to give them a heads up that my student needed some more guidance. I talked with Sarah and she proceeded to tell me that it was just irritation from scratching it and basically called me a lier. I sent pictures and again I got the same response. Yes, they may be more irritated from the scrubbing, but there was dye left in my hair and I did have blisters as a result. I never once asked for my money back. I went there to start transitioning to gray. The first visit was getting the color out and lightening but i ended up with multiple different colors after the lightening. I went back for more process and i thought i was great until I went home and put my hair up and discovered a very noticable, blunt line in the front of my hair that I needed to go back for. I gave it a few days after the redo to see if it would tone down but all i got was a brassy line where the darker line was. I'm not saying all of their services are bad but I would definitely not recommend going there for color.

I went in for a wash, blow dry, cut and silk press and the girls definitely got me together, they made me feel very confident about my hair cut, my ends were so damaged and she cut it with no problem while being able to keep a little length. Thank you so much Ashley B and Mira B

Autumn Hindman did a great job on my eyebrow wax today, I was very nervous it was my first time but she was very patient and kind, feel like a brand new man with these eyebrows, Thankful for Autumn at Capri
