We have had Brianna groom our dog for a few years now. She does a great job and is always attentive to Coco, she is a nervous dog, they are always very kind to her.

Excellent service, great job and treated Prince Casper like royalty, at a fair price. Thank you Canine Design

They did an absolutely horrible groom, I could have just buzzed him myself! He was nervous pottied a few times as he was afraid of the blow dryer, so they felt justified charging me an exorbitant amount!! He’s just a puppy. NEVER AGAIN! Do NOT recommend. Judge for yourself, is this. professional groom?

I love my dogs. If you don’t want anything to happen to your dog, please do not take them here. A dog died by hanging herself because she was left unattended. The owner didn’t seem to care about the dog owner’s pain and the dog passing away. Just because it didn’t happen to you doesn’t mean it won’t happen again because of their practices.

Jan 29, 2024 my Nala was left unattended in a bathtub where she jumped out & hung herself. SHE DIED IN THEIR CARE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! My baby suffocated to death. Groomer, Brianna, who is still employed there, was convicted of animal neglect & ordered to pay a $300 fine to the court! She never sent me a card or even a phone call. Please don't take your pets here!
