Sometimes my best gal, Winnie, just needs to play. And my old cat and old dog need some time to themselves at home. Their favorite days are Winnie to Canine Cottage Salem days. Winnie loves everyone there and playing with her buddies. The staff is very responsive and attentive, and I love that it's so clean, the dogs get a rest period, and that pictures are posted on Facebook. Great grooming too! We really love this place!

I can’t say enough good things about the cleanliness, safety and amazing staff at Canine Cottage! We refer to it as going to “school”, as it’s enabled our hyper hound mix Lucy to learn socialization skills, as well as give her big sister a break! Her fear of car rides and bath time have been conquered and she knows her two and four legged friends are waiting to play! Having the chance to tour the facility and allow the pups to be observed in a controlled environment prior to an all day stay rested helped assure us of Lucy’s health and happiness! And along with constant monitoring, they take tome to take pictures and offer special events for holidays! I wish I could go and spend the day!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to Canine Cottage for grooming ever since I got them, and I truly couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else. Summer does such an amazing job with my two boys every single time. She’s patient, attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. My pups always come back looking great, smelling fresh, and most importantly, happy and comfortable. That peace of mind means everything to me. We absolutely adore Summer and are so grateful to have found someone we trust with our dogs. Highly recommend Canine Cottage to anyone looking for quality grooming and a caring touch!

Our two puppies go to Salem Canine Cottage. They are so excited to go. We only go about 1/week because we’re on a budget…but this is a good day for our girls! The rates are super reasonable, we’re just strapped like everyone else. That should tell you how important this is to all of us. They also take pictures and post them on FB, I’ve gotten some of my best photos from these posts!❤️❤️

I am very over the top when it comes to my sweet fur baby Layla. She has been with Canine Cottage for a few years now. When the new owners took over I have to say I was very distressed. I don’t like change and my anxiety was through the roof. After observing, asking a lot of questions ( probably way too many, lol) and watching for clues about any changes in my baby’s demeanor etc. I am happy to say that I fully trust them with the care of her. She is always excited to go play with her friends and the staff has always been super helpful and supportive as well as the owners themselves. If you are on the fence, I encourage you to go for a visit, ask questions and maybe have your baby go hang out for a day or two to see how they like it. I think you will be pleased.
