We’ve been taking our Goldens to Camp Zen for years and have loved every minute of it. They treat our dog so well, I can tell they genuinely love him! Great exercise and they know the dogs well enough to group them where they will have the most fun and best results. Incredibly caring for our pet, we love this place and will continue to bring our dogs here as much as we can.

I went to check out the facility for dog daycare . I asked three questions I feel were legitimate #1. Where is the indoor play space as seen on the website? I was told there isn't any indoor space. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The worker told me they haven't updated the site . So that led me to the next question. 2. How long do the dogs spend in the crate? Was told they go out on a rotating schedule and when not out they go in a crate. 3. How do they handle an emergency, as after reading some of their policies, just wanted clarification. After the tour was completed I told the worker I would call the next day to set up an evaluation with my dog. The next day I received a text message from them saying they could not accommodate me. I asked what that meant and was told because I had concerns ( with the above questions) Concerns?? No, just legitimate questions where my puppy would be spending time at.Just like you would ask for a child. I do not recommend this day care. Very unprofessional, only communication through text messages. Thank god there are other places much better out there for my fur baby and he isn't locked up in a crate most of the day . After prepaying in advance, I received a long text about my puppy not being brought out properly. I was in a bad car accident years ago where my legs were crushed and recently my spine shifted. I have a hard time with stairs and when leaving everyone waits at the bottom of the stairs and I have to climb around them. One time it was so dark someone startled me and my puppy at the bottom of the landing. When speaking with the owner she said the incident took place last Wednesday but had no details because she didn’t look into it. Yet the text said this took place over the last couple of weeks. I asked for a refund for the advance and the owner said they don’t know how to do refunds. What??? Then when I go to pickup Cooper the staff had no idea about the text or anything that was taken place. How??? I watched as two people came running down the stairs with their dogs right in front of me and another lady blocking the bottom of the stairs preventing us from leaving when the sign says to wait outside. Totally incompetent owner and business. They judge you based on how strong you are and how well you walk. They even talk about to my friend about my puppy. Totally unprofessional. What bus
