My puppy LOVES Camp Wagalong! She originally only went to day camp in order to prepare for overnight boarding. However, after a day at camp her puppy behavior was so much better, we decided it was well worth sending her to daycamp once a week. Since she’s an only dog at home, camp has really helped with her dog socialization. The bus is amazing. John & Reynolds were so patient with our sensitive “baby” while she was learning about the bus. She comes home happy and tired every week, plus fresh and clean once a month after her club bath. When I drop her off for overnight boarding, she cannot wait to see the staff and her pup friends - not a bit of separation anxiety for our anxious girl!

Best decision we've made for our dog! We have an 8 month old, high energy Goldendoodle, and our girl LOVES her daycare days. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they really care about the dogs. My favorite thing is when they send her "report card" with pictures of the fun activities they did that day. Can't rave enough about this place!

Excellent concept for dogs. They are all in on the camp theme. My dog loves to run around in the woods so this is perfect for her. From the drop off lane to paying for services - everything is top notch. They have several options for simulation for your dog including a sniff-ari where scent pods are placed on trees. The trail walk is quite large. Dogs are separated into "troops" and the camp counselors are very attentive.

Cadence always loves her time at Camp Wagalong. We love that she gets so much outdoor time. The price is great, the people are amazing, the facility is topnotch, and the stimulation Cadence receives superb. I should also mention that it's pretty cool that they send you report cards with photos they snapped during the day.

I found Camp Wagalong by a happy accident. My boss mentioned she saw a bus driving through Athens and thought I would like it. I'm so glad she did. My huskies have been going to day camp three times a month since September, and they love it. The most important thing when I'm looking for a daycare/boarding facility is that my dogs can have fun and actually BE DOGS. That is exactly what Gigi and Gizmo get to do when they go to camp! We just had our first overnight stay during Thanksgiving, and it couldn't have gone better. I knew they would take such great care of my dogs. I had to leave them with specific instructions for Gigi, with unrelated issues, for her stay. They not only wrote everything down but also read it back to me to confirm they hadn't missed anything, which meant a lot. I was updated throughout their stay with intentional, specific updates and photos, too. I am SO happy to have found this gem, and I love making it part of our weekly routine for my dogs! Also, as someone with two dogs, their pricing is very fair and 10000% worth it.
