First time at Camp Bow Wow with our 10 month old Staffy mix puppy. She played and had a great time. Booking through Camp Bow Wow app is easy. When you book, it’s either full day or half day and you drop off at your convenience. Much simpler than other daycare facilities needing the exact time of drop off and pickup. Plus, at other facilities I’ve encountered problems where they did not check the dog out when leaving and by the time they put it in their system was charged for full day vs half day. I like the webcams and today is her second visit at Camp Bow Wow.

We had another great experience at Camp Bow Wow! We live out of the area come to Reno to shop or pick peaople up at the airport and I can bring my Great Dane, drop her for a half day of day care and pick her up after we have shopped and had a meal! She's pooped and sleeps all the way home! Its a great option for us!

Camp Bow Wow of South Reno is incredibly unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for daycare and boarding. We went in for a tour which was provided by the owner. During the tour we discussed that our dog would be 7 months old during his stay (DOB Aug 19th 2025, making him 7 months old and 16 days at the start of the boarding on April 4th 2026). Their policy is that dogs over 7 months old must be fixed, so since we were right at that point, we wanted to see if he needed to be fixed. WE WERE TOLD HE DID NOT NEED TO BE FIXED DURING OUR TOUR WITH THE OWNER. Once he passed the evaluation, we made our reservation with the assistant manager and again confirmed that everything was acceptable with his age and intact state. AGAIN, WE WERE TOLD EVERYTHING WAS ACCEPTABLE AND ALLOWED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION. WE WERE ALSO TOLD THAT THE MANAGER HAD SIGNED OFF SINCE IT WAS ON THE CUSP OF THE AGE REQUIREMENT. After drop off, he was suddenly isolated for most of his stay with no communication via app, text, or phone, despite us opting into all alerts. We only discovered this by viewing the cameras. We saw him once on the camera, in a play pen, alone. No staff interacti

My pup and I love Camp Bow Wow. The staff are very friendly and professional, well groomed and welcoming to my pup. He loves the daily supervised interaction with other dogs of all breeds and sizes and I love that I can watch him on the dog cams. He comes home well played, well fed, groomed and clean. My only issue I have from his last visit is that he didn’t get tired enough! He still wants to run and romp as if he is still at camp. Well done Camp Bow Wow staff. Remi will be back soon.

I've been bringing my 16 y/o huskies-dogs here for the last three years. This has been a fantastic place to come for daycare and overnight boarding. My dogs are very senior and they take very good care of them. Even when one of my huskies passed away recently, they were so kind and considerate. 🐶❤️❤️❤️🐶 I always recommend this place for my dog parent friends in south Reno. Overall review:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This place is extremely easy to schedule a time for daycare or boarding. You can call online or the app. I've never had an issue trying to get a booking when calling ahead. The stay is extremely kind and nice when I check in/out. My dogs had never had an emergency or issue while they were there. Experiences:❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ They have these cute little photo/treat sessions with all the holidays. They're great to have that some other dog daycares do, but are 2X-3X the price. I love bringing my dog in just for these. Pricing: 👌 I think they're in the middle of the road cost compared to other places I take my dogs too. I think it's a pretty standard fee. However, knowing my dogs are taken care of is a great peace of mind. Facility:🧼 It's always clean when I bring my dog in, other places we ha
