Cali's Pet Grooming Saline

My dog Tia is a rescue, she doesn’t like her nails trimmed, her tail or hind quarters groomed. Cali and Danielle were so understanding when I told them about Tias background. Danielle groomed Tia. When I picked her up from her appointment she looked beautiful and acted very happy. She wasn’t scared and anxious. Thank you for giving my Tia a loving and kind experience!

We had our first appointment with Nicole this morning. Finn is a 6 year old Australian Labradoodle and has always had anxiety about going to the groomers. He shakes the whole way in the car. During his last appointment at a different groomer he bit the groomer. We could not believe it! Very out of character for him, I reached out to Cali’s grooming and Nicole called me back and asked a lot of questions to really understand Finn and his past grooming experiences. He went today without sedation (he is usually sedated) and she did not need to use a muzzle. She said she read his cues and he did great! I can’t say enough good things about Nicole. She is way more than a groomer. She gave me tips to practice at home so Finn’s next experience hopefully doesn’t cause as much anxiety. She is a dog whisperer! Love her.

Y'all...Cali is a dog whisperer. My 14lb mini schnauzer has gotten kicked out of EVERY groomer in town. We took him in to see her today and were prepped for the worst. Gave him the meds and brought in a muzzle. Cali told us no muzzle. I chuckled to myself and thought, "here we go again..." Well, she managed him like a pro, no muzzle, no cone, no bites. She def knows what she is doing and its no wonder she is always booked! Well worth the wait!! I am flabbergasted and showing everyone the videos!!

Nicole has been grooming my dog, Dolly, for more than 3 years, and I would never want to use a different groomer. She is incredibly caring, professional, and always does an amazing job. Dolly is always happy and comfortable with her, which means so much to me. Every visit leaves Dolly looking beautiful and well cared for. What I appreciate most is that Nicole has also taught me how to properly take care of Dolly on a regular basis. She takes the time to share helpful tips and advice, which shows how much she truly cares about the dogs she works with. Her attention to detail, patience, and genuine love for animals really set her apart. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer they can completely trust!

I’ve got a Medical Service Dog who’s had a few medical challenges of her own in this past year. Nichole has worked around her injuries and has accommodated Cat’s special needs at her monthly grooming appointments. (She’s a German Shepard named Cat) For a working dog who is certified in public access, it’s essential that she looks as professional as her training, and Nichole makes that possible. Cat turned 9 this fall and here’s hoping she’s got a lot more working life left in her!
