Love this store! Super friendly and helpful staff, and cool selection of animals. The only improvement I would make is more cat toys/accessories, and maybe a fridge for more reptile/spider feeding insects. Check out this store before going to PetSmart, I guarantee the owner of this store cares more about Erie than the CEO of whatever chain pet store you might be going to!

When it comes to pet stores, I’ll never go anywhere else. The staff clearly cares about the animals in their care- and are always knowledge and eager to answer any questions I have. They’re always so invested in making sure I find what I need or at the very least they get my name and number written down so I don’t have to worry about checking in constantly to check if they have specific things in stock! The staff all feels like one big family, and when you’re in the store it feels like you’re just part of the family. The staff have pets of their own that are often hanging around in the store, the girls at the front counter are always sweet and willing to listen and chat or offer suggestions and advice, everyone always seems happy to be there and help. Theyll help you set up a whole terrarium if you want, or leave you to shop by yourself. It all gives the store a very comforting and pleasant atmosphere that’s completely gone in most chain stores!!

I can't say enough good things about this store. We originally brought home Fred, our leopard gecko, and recently added Jinx, our Dumbo rat, to the family. Both experiences were wonderful from start to finish. The staff took the time to answer questions, explain care requirements, and made sure we felt confident bringing our new pets home. It's clear they genuinely care about the animals and want them set up for success with their new families. Jinx is friendly and has already stolen our hearts. Fred has been thriving as well. They both have some sassiness and are so curious. The quality of care, knowledge, and customer service keeps us coming back. Thank you for helping us find two amazing additions to our family. Although my husband may have been surprised when Jinx showed up, even he has accepted that this is just our life now. 🦎🐀

My family and I visited Buzz and B's Aquarium and Pet Store for the first time to buy two pet rats, and we had such a great experience. I actually called ahead with a bunch of questions before coming in, and whoever answered the phone was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel confident about coming in. When we arrived, the experience was just as good. The staff was friendly and clearly cared about the animals. We had no issues purchasing our rats, and the whole process felt smooth and welcoming. Our new pets are happy, healthy, and adjusting wonderfully at home. It’s obvious that this store values both their animals and their customers. We’ll definitely be coming back in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for healthy pets and helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Reliable, friendly place! We take our Cockatiels for wing and nail clipping. We drive about a half hour away because they do such a great job! Highly recommend Bzz n B's!
