Button Nose is the best groomer around! I’ve been bringing my dog here for years. I moved to the other side of town a few years ago and tried a few spots closer to me but no where else comes even close so I always make the extra drive here. Everyone is so friendly, my dog always looks perfect and is never stressed, and their rates are very reasonable. Cannot recommend Button Nose highly enough!

This was our third visit, and unfortunately it will be our last. Each time, we clearly explained exactly what we wanted for our dog's grooming, and each time the instructions were ignored, this time being the worst. Not only were our requests not followed, but the groom was the complete opposite of what we asked for. At this point, it feels like they either don’t listen or don’t care. Grooming isn’t cheap ($220), and when you’re trusting someone with your pet, attention to detail and communication are non-negotiable. Especialy when they stated he needed de-matting and that wasnt done either. Everyone can make a mistake once but three times is a pattern. Very disappointing experience and not worth the frustration. We won’t be returning and can’t recommend this groomer to anyone who cares about their instructions being followed. PS - Im not a fan of leaving bad reviews for anyone but when they declined to refund my money considering I had to pay another $140 to fix the issues, i had no choice. A very generous 1 star for this place.

I was recommended here by a good friend. I was looking for a reputable cat groomer and I am so glad I found this place. The service is impeccable and the staff is so friendly and helpful and courteous. Chenca the cat groomer was phenomenal she did the best grooming on my 18 year old Siamese cat who is too old to groom herself and had matted knots all over. I wanted to make sure I went somewhere and with someone I could trust and I am glad I made the right choice this met every one of my expectations and the experience was beyond amazing. Thank you 🙏❤️🐾 😺

We love Button Nose! They have been the only groomer we have visited since we brought our rescue pup home. They take their time because our little rescue is so nervous. Every time I come for pick up, our pup is happy and well groomed (and smells so nice). They provide hypoallergenic shampoo bc of her sensitive skin and follow my face trimming requests. We feel so lucky to have such a personalized grooming experience.
