I just moved to Chicago and was looking for a place to groom my mini poodle and a friend recommended Buds n Suds. Very pleased with the customer service and how lovely my little poodle turned out. Thank you for a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.

If I can give them less stars I would. The owner has always been so kind to my baby Benny and now I am just 😖. And! Because he was so good with Benny, that I started taking Benji here. But wow, if you only knew the treatment I have received, and the man at the front desk talked to me so uncalled for. All I asked for was that my dog not to get his eyelashes cut and they send him with me with one eye lash cut. They claim I cut it, which is ridiculous that I never touched, because I told him I trimmed his banes he claims I cut one. LOL I loved them why would I cut it. This is the way he talked to me: "Ma’am we did not touch. Your dogs eye lash. When you dropped off the dog the groomer that noticed your dog noticed and showed the other groomers that the eye lashes was missing and gone prior to her starting the groom. The owner of the shop noticed that the front of benji face was cut at home it was not the cut that we had provided previously. We have been doing the same cut on your dog and we have never once ever cut any dogs eye lash off. The dog came in the shop with missing eye lashes. Everyone at the shop noticed it as well (lies, all I did was cut his front banes, lol.) The groo

Buds N Suds took in our newly adopted little Maltese that was found in a busy Chicago street. She was matted from head to paw and we had no idea how she was going to be for the groomers. They took her in without question and made her comfortable again. They even offered me a “quiet day” (they had dogs that weren’t as rowdy on the schedule so they are less stressed) but due to my schedule I couldn’t make it. She came out perfect, I will be bringing both of my dogs to this place from now on

Where do I start, the staff here are amazing. We got our sweet girl during the pandemic so the separation anxiety is real on both ends and they were so attentive and patient with all my texts about how she was doing. When we picked Wrigley up she looked AWESOME and smelled so good! I mean look at the before and after of her 🤪. Her cut reminded me of when you go to a nice salon and they pay attention to every single detail before letting you go. They went above and beyond our expectations. She was in such a great mood and seemed to really love this place. We will definitely be coming back and are so happy to have found Buds.N’Suds! Thank you so much you guys!! ♥️

Austin and Isaac are absolutely wonderful! From the first phone call to taking our pup home, they were absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way! We have a Great Pyrenees which is no small feat to groom. Not only does Trout look amazing, but she was also really happy and content when she left the groomer. Normally she sulks and is in a bad mood for the rest of the day, but she actually was happy! Austin told me that she even gave him a kiss, which is super special and rare 💜 My pup was walked and given lots of treats and they were so accommodating to make sure we didn't have any special concerns or medical issues. I felt that their prices were very fair and reflected not only the high quality services they offered, but also what they deserve to be paid. We are SO happy with Buds and Suds and will be coming back very soon! I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
