Buckles helped us when we were in a pinch! Chewy had sent us the wrong dog food bag and Buckles was able to get us the correct food even close to closing time! The customer service is wonderful and they were so accommodating! We appreciate them!

I was feeding and cleaning my hundreds of frogs and geckos, and thought of how I needed to go get my crickets this week. (Like I have done for every week for the past 3-4 years). I have been going to Buckles for as long as I’ve known my wife. One of our first dates included going to Buckles. They have never let me down. and the thought just hit… I’ve never left them a review. And it’s definitely not because they don’t deserve it, I was just so content I had nothing to say. But I want to change that. Logan and Kylie are great people that always look out for their customers. They want to make sure we are always happy and satisfied. Every business makes mistakes or has accidents, but Buckles is one of the only ones that actually make it right. If I ever go home and realize that my crickets are dead, they give me free crickets ASAP, if I ever need to return something, they let me do it with no issues. When I walk into buckles I don’t feel like a customer, I feel like I belong there, nerding out about reptiles with the staff, or just simply getting my weekly feeders. Although some great people like Gaby and Nicole have sadly moved onto other paths in life, Noah, Logan and Kylie make me

They are the most wonderful people. They are very educated and will help you learn about your new baby. I got a new bearded dragon from them and it is so wonderful. Very tame loving

I got my boy McQueen from here 2 years ago and haven't had any problems. I can't remember where they said they got him from. He's the sweetest rabbit I have ever had in my life. The lady that worked there was very informative about rabbits and how to take care of them. All the other animals I've seen there too look very well taken care of and the people that work there seem to love their jobs and you can't say that about a lot of pet places.

I'm glad that this was the only store in town that had in stock what we needed (gerbils) because otherwise, I might not have discovered it. Very well supplied store with kind and attentive employees and reasonable prices. My daughter was ecstatic that we could finally get our new family pets. Highly recommended.
