First time at this location (we usually go to Maple Grove) and it ruined our experience so much that we aren’t coming back. They texted us a few days prior asking if we could drop our dog off 30 minutes later than the appointment time we picked, ok no problem we’ve gotten that text before so that’s fine. We drop the dog off and then around an hour later get an email confirmation to pay our bill and that he’s ready for pick up. My husband went to pick him up and he somehow wasn’t ready, so they tell my husband another 10-15 minutes as the original groomer left and another groomer had taken over, and he just needed to finish drying. My husband is waiting for 25 minutes and the dog still isn’t ready, it’s the middle of his work day so he tells them he needs to leave and go back to work so he needs the dog. This company said they can find a time the following week to finish the grooming, he says no thank you. I booked for a full bath as our dog is an Australian shepherd and we don’t cut his hair, we like the bath and brush only, and sometimes a butt hair clean up. Bubbly Paws ended up cutting the top portion of his hair, on his back and not cutting anything else, unsure if there was a

I love Bubbly Paws in SLP! I specifically go back each time for how the groomer, Max, interacts with my dog, Rambo. Rambo is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety around the groomers. Max always takes the time to meet Rambo where he is, understand his triggers and what calms him down. I have explained these things to professionals before and they have dismissed it and they become surprised when he becomes reactive. Not Max. I feel 100% comfortable leaving Rambo with Max each time and the bath and nail trim and grind always looks amazing!

I’ve been taking my dog to Bubbly Paws for 7 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The groomers are all wonderful. I feel comfortable leaving my baby in their care. They listen to what you want and are always on time with the appointments. Highly recommended.

I’ve used bubbly paws in SLP a handful of times for their self-wash services. This last weekend, i had my golden retriever groomed here for the first time. Despite said miscommunication of preferences, the work performed on my golden reflects a lack of care and consideration for the way they allow their grooming clients to leave the salon. I paid over $100 for my services and was told that this was a matter of miscommunication. Despite this, the work provided was awful. No apology, no offered refund, etc. i will no longer bring my business here due to this. If you have a golden, i suggest you go elsewhere to avoid this.
