First time today and I love Claudia and her team. She took the time to ask exactly how I like my furry baby to be, she explained everything she would do to him and she delivered exactly what I wanted. Thank you Bubbles and Bows, we will be back 🥰

If I could leave a million stars I would! Claudia and her team are absolutely spectacular. Each and everytime I bring my baby to Bubbles they do a fantastic job. Claudia listens attentively and takes notes on how I like the haircut and delivers just that. I feel good knowing that I can trust my dog in her hands. While there are many groomers around I don’t mind driving 30 mins just to see her because she is just that good. Very warm and friendly environment and the bonus for me is how clean she keeps her salon. Cosmo and I are blessed to be apart of the Bubbles N Bows family !

I have been going back and forth about writing a review but I just took my poodle to another local groomer and feel that it’s time. I had been taking my dog here for the last year, maybe 5 or 6 times. Originally I liked how thorough Claudia seemed when asking how I’d like my poodles hair cut. Shed write the notes or changes on an index card and file it for the next time. This last time I took her, (couple months ago) Claudia brought out the pos machine to my car because I just had a newborn. I paid and added a 20% tip totaling around $120 (expensive). She then brought out my poodle and omg I was in shock. Her cut was nothing like she’d had before and it was obvious the notes Claudia writes were not followed. My dog is a poodle, she gets a poodle cut. Like a Pomeranian, typically gets a Pomeranian cut. I told Claudia her topknot (poodle fro) was crooked and just didn’t look right. Claudia said she can make it less poofy and took my dog back. She brings my dog out to the car again and now we’ve got a Mohawk? going on. I was pissed and had to get home b/c my newborn was getting fussy. At home I looked more closely and texted Claudia pics of how badly my dog’s haircut was messed up. I

I've been taking my feline babies to Bubbles N Bows for over a year now. The work that Claudia and her staff do is excellent. They are extremely polite and professional, and they are always available for me. They speak both Spanish and English. Not to mention, the service is excellent (10/10). My babies always come back smelling and looking so good. If you are in the Palm Beach vicinity, Bubbles N Bows is the perfect spot to take your pet for grooming. 🥰

Absolute team of pros. New puppy's first grooming experience, and the team here is so great, so thorough. They know their craft and did a wonderful job. I've been a returning customer since 2018 for our Shih Tzu, Bao Bao, who recently passed away. We have a new Toy Poodle, Fuwa, who is 3 months and 1 week old. Today was Fuwa's first grooming experience, and I've uploaded a 'before' and 'after' photo to show his first experience. I highly regard the team at Bubbles and Bows. They are so careful and conscientious and really run a good operation.
