I’ve been going to Bubbles and bows for awhile and they are always so friendly and sweet. They know my pup, Suzy Q by name and always take great care of us and service is quick. My dog isn’t a huge fan of either of the services I regularly get at B&B’s but they make it such an enjoyable experience. Cannot recommend enough!

Omg I am just so thrilled with the care my Shih Tzu, Milo gets at Bubbles and Bows and I would NEVER take him anywhere else! I found them a few years ago when I still had my beloved Shih Tzu, Toby was about 9 years old and was unbeknownst to me becoming a difficult customer! I didn’t find that out until there was a scheduling mix up from my former groomer and they said angrily “go and try and find someone to groom an aggressive dog”! I was shocked because my Toby was the most loving and sweet boy. I found out at that time that he was very stressed and did get snippy while being groomed. I had no idea. My sweet loving boy now had an “aggressive” label! So I tried Pet Smart and after 2 sessions they nicely said to me thanks but no thanks…don’t come back in the nicest way!! So I started asking people I knew in my community and was told about Bubbles and Bows!! I was cautiously optimistic and called to schedule an appointment. I was transparent and upfront with my new found knowledge of my sweet boy Toby. They were fantastic and while it was still stressful for Toby, the staff there was unbelievably kind, loving, and took breaks so he could calm down before continuing. I couldn’t be mo

I cannot say enough amazing things about Kristen Hampton!! She groomed my dog Willow for the very first time and absolutely nailed it. She listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and the results were beyond perfect. Willow looks beautiful, happy, and so well cared for. You can truly tell Kristen loves what she does and treats every pup like her own. If you’re looking for a groomer who is talented, gentle, and genuinely passionate — she’s the one! Highly, highly recommend 💕🐾

The manager Tracy was very nice about my situation but I feel like this place is not for doodles. The front desk said it was a possible miscommunication of the type of haircut I asked for and “it’ll grow back”. They also stated there were a few mattes that they could comb out, but decided to shave him completely.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I think people should be aware. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BRING YOUR DOODLES. I noticed that in a lot of the previous bad reviews the owner of the salon will comment and basically say that the way each dog turned out was either due to matting or the fault of the owner. I’m going to dispel that right now. I brush my dog regularly and thoroughly so I know where or if he had matting. If there were any knots in his hair it would’ve been under his chin and under his chest where his harness sits. I brought him here for his very first haircut. He’s a 10 month old chocolate labradoodle. His hair was fairly long so I asked that they take off about half and give him a fully rounded teddy bear face, they did not. They completely shaved him. In between his eyes is almost completely bald. I’m definitely unsatisfied and will not be bringing him back. Thank God it’s just hair and will grow back.
