So today, I came in to do my laundry, like usual, and I realized that while I was putting quarters in the machine, a few were going past the coin slot and falling down between the washers and not reading some of the money I put in. I also added a few extra by accident (about $1.25) thinking it was a bigger machine, so I called a woman that was working there and explained to her what happened and she said "yea I know, im sorry", baaically admitting that she knows the quarters fall behind the machine frequently. Then she proceeded to walk off. I thought she was going to get a couple of quarters to reimburse me for the money I lost, but she said there's nothing she could do about it. And when I asked if they do anything about customers loosing money, by no fault of our own, because the machine is not working , she said the manager doesn't allow them to give the money back and walked off like she didnt care I lost my money. So basically, you guys are defrauding your customers and getting extra money each time someone uses the machines. This has happened to me in another laundromat and they had no problem putting a couple extra quarters for my dry time to reimburse me. So this is the l

This place is very organized and clean. Very efficient and doesn’t require too much money. All the machines are cleaned very well. The machines also wash very well and fast. I’m very glad that you can also use an app to pay and gain points. Staff is amazing. The first time I went here the lady with curly hair gave me amazing hospitality. The parking lot is very spacious so it’s very easy to find a nice spot to park. I also admire the fact that the laundromat is so close to the park, I’m able to take a stroll around while I wait for my clothes to dry/wash. This place has never let me down!!

This place is so awesome!! As soon as I come in I’m greeted with a hello and the vibe is absolutely amazing!! The smell is fresh and clean and the store is always organized. I especially admire the vending machines because after all that standing and waiting around a girl gets hungry 🤤. My favorite moment is when I’m able to chat around with the very friendly staff especially that girl with the curly hair. She’s my favorite I suggest you give her a raise because her character and confidence is top tier! ❤️‍🔥The music is always the best top hits in Spanish and I feel like that is what truly counts especially in a bilingual community. This place will forever have a place in my heart it doesn’t make doing laundry feel like a challenge, instead it gives me relief. Thank you, and thank you for this gift of a business and the nice lady’s working there!!

The girl that works here with the curly hair has the worst attitude and is always unhappy. You should fire her immediately because I have been coming here for almost a year now faithfully and every time you ask her help or even to use the bathroom she gives you a horrible attitude and no one wants to deal with that every time. If she stays employed here I will no longer come here and I will also tell anyone I know not to come here either. You should hire people that respect your company and your customers.
