BUBBLES & CLIPS I PORT ST LUCIE

My Toy Poodle BaileyBear visited yesterday 8/11/26 for a grooming & teeth cleaning session. When we arrived at noon I noticed that a renovation/change had been recently done to the welcome area, there is no longer a large front desk where you can actually see the back area and at least one technician at work, that whole wall is now completely covered with only the closed door on the side where they open to get your pup for grooming, and a very small low to the floor desk for the desk attendant against the opposite wall by that door. It all felt immediately uninviting (like what are they hiding was my thought). The desk attendant was very sweet and very understanding as I confided in her about my constant dissatisfaction to haircuts my pup receives, mostly all cuts but one I believed they finally had it put together . . . I also explained how my pup recently went through surgery, neutered however, also a lump removal that came back positive for cancer which he still has wrapped around some tendons on his back leg and which was unable to be removed. I spent a good time with the attendant explaining how we never wanted to groom elsewhere not having our pup go through any stre

I was very disappointed with my experience. I brought my dog in for a bath, a trim around the eyes, and a nail clipping. When my dog was returned, his collar was missing, and no one mentioned it. Even more concerning, shortly after coming home, my dog developed diarrhea. I’ve had him for about 4 months, and this is the first time he’s ever had diarrhea. I don’t know what happened while he was there or if he was given something, but the timing is concerning. My wife dropped him off, and when I got home, this is the condition I found him in. I’m hoping the business takes this seriously, explains what happened to my dog’s collar, and looks into what may have caused him to become sick. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can’t recommend their services.

We absolutely love Bubbles and Clips! For the past four years, they’ve been the only grooming salon we’ve trusted with our two pups since moving to PSL — and we wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The fun, colorful building is what first drew us in, but the incredible care and love they show our dogs is what keeps us coming back. Our pups get so excited every time we drop them off for their spa day, which says everything about how comfortable and happy they are there. When we pick them up, they’re always clean, smelling amazing, looking adorable, and wagging their tails with excitement! Thank you, Bubbles and Clips, for always taking such wonderful care of our babies. We truly appreciate everything you do! ❤️🐾

Best groomers ever! Friendly staff, excellent service, reasonable fees. My baby Luna walks in looking neglected 😔 and comes home clean, soft and smelling good 😊 You can tell they truly care about pets. Highly recommend Blubbles & Clips 🐶

Yesterday, my sister dropped off the family golden retriever to be groomed. My father goes to pick up the family golden retriever and was given the wrong dog. When he said that’s not my dog, the groomer assured him that this was indeed his dog and the dog was wearing his dogs’ collar. This was his first time at the groomer so my Father was like ok maybe this is what he looks like without his coat. Also, not knowing there was another golden was being groomed at the same time. Hours later, in the evening my sister gets a text that they gave my Dad the wrong dog. My Dad goes to pick up their dog and his dog didn’t receive the services that my Dad paid for. Add insult to injury they charged my Dad for the services they did to the other dog. The other poor dog wasn’t supposed to get a full shave and was sent home with the wrong owner (my Dad) While our dog was left all day long at the groomer that he has never been to before. My sister went back today and they weren’t going to refund her because they did a mini groom, but my father paid for a full groom that they did to the other dog. I guess the lady had a change of heart and refunded the money because my sister was kind about it , but
