I've been bringing my pup Mr Snuggles to Bubbles & Bath Pet Grooming Spa for almost three years, and I can't say enough wonderful things about them. As a first-time dog owner, I had so many questions, and from day one, the owner and staff have been incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They've always taken the time to answer my questions and offer valuable advice on brushing techniques, coat care, and which grooming products are best—and which ones to avoid. Their guidance has helped me keep my pup looking his best between visits. The salon is always clean, smells fresh, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, they treat my dog with so much love, patience, and care that I never have to worry when he's in their hands. It's rare to find a business that consistently delivers exceptional customer service year after year, but Bubbles & Bath Pet Grooming Spa does exactly that. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine love for animals are evident in everything they do. If you're looking for a groomer who will treat your pet like family, I highly recommend Bubbles & Bath Pet Grooming Spa. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my pup ove

I was disappointed with my experience during my dog’s grooming appointment today. Our appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and we arrived on time, as I understand that arrivals more than 15 minutes late must be rescheduled. When I returned two hours later, my dog was not yet ready, and I was informed it would be another 1 hour and 20 minutes before he’d be finished. At that point, he had only received a bath with no smell goods or dog spay, which cost $43, and he’s a small 6 pound dog and 9months old. I was told they were short a groomer, which I completely understand. However, I wish this had been communicated when I dropped him off so I could have planned accordingly, especially since I travel a long distance for his grooming. While I expressed my concerns respectfully, I did not appreciate the approach from the staff which I would assume was the owner by her demeanor she stopped grooming walked to the counter with frustration and it appears with attitude as if I was wrong for voicing my concerns as a paying customer. Because of that interaction, I decided not to reschedule and informed them that my dog would not be returning. Had the staff member been more understanding or co

We've been happily bringing our dog here for years. Yesterday was the first time he was ever so matted that he needed a very close cut. They communicated with me very clearly that this was the situation and when I asked them to be sure they were careful because I was worried he might get a cut they assured me that they would take the utmost care and take their time, They are wonderful to work with and they really care about the pups that they groom.
