What a wonderful team!!! So friendly and helpful. My dog is so very nervous, but they always make accommodations for him and he always looks so cute when done. Thank you for being so flexible and patient with him.

I bring one of my cats here to get her nails trimmed, because she won't let me do it myself. The service is always quick and professional; they handle her with no problem. It's well worth the price! I also like that cat claw trimming is a walk in service, so I can just take her when she needs it without having to plan ahead

Sarah did an amazing job with my cat, she was patient and spent lots of effort combing him. It’s not the most beautiful haircut but I understand my cat will not stay still.

Not only do they do an amazing job every single time, but they’re also incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. My dog always comes back looking perfect and, more importantly, happy and comfortable—which says everything. You can tell they put real love and attention into what they do. I have used this salon several times in the past and I took my dog yesterday and he was there from 2pm until I picked him up at 7pm, upon arriving to pick Winston up I hear him crying and barking, I saw Sarah cuting a cat’s hair I believe And I could tell that she was rushing. You could feel the energies as you walked in then Sarah had told me winston wasn’t fully done and I asked how do you mean? She brought me back there and as I turned the corner he has 4 bigs fans on hooked to kennel and I could see the distress he was in. I understand why they do that but I would have preferred him towel, dry only due to him being in fear. Sarah did offer to work on him, but I could see his distress and wanted him home. She offered me to bring them back at any time. I’m just not understanding he was there for a long time. I understand that he’s a big dog but that’s why there’s appointments. When getting him in the car, he couldn’t sit still so we had to stop as I took him out of the car we noticed he had poop all on his but As it appeared, he wasn’t washed very well. When we Got home we had to finish his cut due to unevenness and found some gunk His ear that we had to take out. Sadly, I th
