I’m not leaving this review expecting anything in return. After reading some of the other reviews, I realize there may very well be a response explaining why the situation was handled the way it was. That’s okay. I’m not looking to argue or go back and forth with anyone. I simply want to share my experience so that other pet owners can make their own informed decision. When I arrived, I was encouraged to add services to what I had booked. I declined because my dog is short-haired and really doesn’t need anything beyond a basic bath and nail trim. I was told he would probably be finished fairly quickly, which was great. When I came back about 30 minutes later, I was told he had been scared of the hand dryer. I completely understand that dogs can become nervous in an unfamiliar grooming environment. What concerned me was that, because he was scared of the hand dryer, they chose to put him alone in a kennel dryer. When they came back to check on him, he had pooped all over himself and the kennel, and they had to bathe him again. I was then charged extra for the additional cleaning. What made this especially difficult for me is that I bathe and dry my dog at home myself normally. I use

Finally found a groomer I love and trust! We’ve had a great experience with Bubbles and Bark and our Molly always comes home so pretty, clean, and smelling great! We finally have her in a good routine to keep her fur healthy and not matted and we couldn’t have done this without Bubbles and Bark!!!!! Easy to schedule appointments, great service, and very fair prices. We love Ashley and have been so pleased with her treatment of our dog and how talented she is as a groomer! Highly recommend!!!!!

As I went with my daughter today to pick up her cherished family dog, I witnessed vulgar language, very unprofessional behavior and disrespect and disconcern for my daughter and her dog. When my daughter try to express her concerns they were dismissed not only by the groomer but by one of the other young ladies that came storming out of the back of the building yelling and screaming at my daughter telling her that after this service she would no longer be welcomed there and they would no longer provide her with services . Unbeknown to them we had already decided that the dog would not go back there because when she dropped her off she was foaming at the mouth and acting strange and she had not done this before with any other groomer. My daughter called her vet and we were informed that that's a sign of trauma and anxiety from misuse. So my daughter had already decided that this would be the last visit there and when she called to check on the dog, her concerns were dismissed like they didn't matter and was told the dog was fine. My daughter informed her that she was going to come back and pick up her dog because she didn't feel comfortable with leaving her. We decided to go back a

I’m sooooo happy I finally got to get my Whiskey in. The experience was amazing Barbie was amazing and very helpful for a first time pup mom getting her doggie groomed for the first time. He smells so good and his cut is beautiful. Thank you 😊

Sevyn has been getting groomed by Dani since he was 6 months old, and she always makes sure he looks amazing. I really appreciate that she gives me details about his behavior during the visit, because I like knowing how he was acting. His haircut is always perfect, and he’s always excited to see her. Everyone in the shop is kind and welcoming too, which is so important since I’m trusting them with my dog. Thank you, Dani—we appreciate you!
