Took my Shih Tzu and they shaved him down to nothing. Asked for the longest length they display and did not get what I asked for. They cut his tail down to last threads and his face is no where near the picture I showed them. Do not recommend them at all.

Wow! Very very rude! This business has no customer skills whats so ever. I took my dog here a few times already. They were okay. But this time calling in for appointment. Answering the phone saying "Booooked" and straight hang up. Like if we need your service. They're are plenty of other local groomers that have great customer service. If you want to remain open learn customer service and phone etiquette. I will never spend my hard working money here!

I took my dog here a couple times she's a husky German Shepard mix with that being said she is very loud and she sheds a lot, every time I went the staff members seemed so irritated by the fact that she would bark which is partially understandable but still you work with dogs it's bound to happen.The last and final time I went my dog became very sick the next day I rushed her to the emergency vet and she ended up having a skin infection from what the vet said the back half of her body was brushed to hard and her skin was visibly red, swollen, and scratched. I would hate to say that it was intentional but it feels as if maybe they were fed up with her and tried to rush the process it's disheartening and disgusting she's a sweet dog .Her fur has never been the same on her back end constantly falls out in chunks now she has dry flakes on her no matter what I try. The grooming service alone was 130$ and then now I've had to pay 700$ for the vet and that's not accounting for future vet expenses to figure out what's going on with her skin

So I was looking for an alternative groomer cause my dog deals with major anxiety and he was always really anxious when taking him and leaving his usual spot. Stumbled upon this gem and right from the beginning Carh made my baby feel right at home. The cut came out great ! but most importantly my baby was happy and was not in a hurry to leave, he didn't seem anxious at all. The staff is really personable, they seem really caring and it comes across in how they dealt with my fur baby. They were even able to use the nail grinder on my pup which is 🤯. I will definitely bring him back again... if the service remains the same then they've got a lifetime customer in us.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s always been an awesome experience! The staff is extremely friendly and they treat your pup like their own. It’s challenging to find reliable and professional groomer which is why I’d recommend this location because of the exceptional service and small details. Looking forward to future visits.
