Kim to get my car washed today and I was so pleased they were quick thorough, professional, and my car looks great. There was even a young man walking around handing out waters 10 out of 10⭐️

I’ve been to Bristol Car Wash Inc. twice now, and unfortunately, both times the greeter, Rafa, had an unpleasant attitude. Customer service starts with the first person you interact with, and his demeanor did not make me feel welcomed. That said, the actual car wash service was good, and my vehicle came out clean. Because of the quality of the wash, I would rate my experience 4 stars. However, I believe management should address the customer service at the front and consider improving the greeting experience, as it can make a big difference for customers returning to the business.

They did a horrible job on my car. They essentially just sprayed water and called it a day. They didn’t dry it properly, there’s water stains all over the car. My windows were still dirty and they didn’t vacuum the inside. Before I left I said I wasn’t satisfied and the manager didn’t come talk to me. Rather he sent a guy who just lightly went over the car but still didn’t remove any of the issues. That was the first and last time I ever go.

Overall great experience, If I heard his name correctly Adyel did an awesome job for his work. He even gave an example for treatment the I need but at the moment I am saving funds . The definitely has a good system. I saw the old review and got scared but I can see the change with new management. Also tip is ask lot questions so you can get your bang for your bucks. I do recommend.
