Extremely disappointing experience. I genuinely do not understand how this groomer has so many five-star reviews. We brought our puppy here for her first teddy bear cut because we were impressed by the reviews and expected someone experienced with poodle-mix coats to understand the style we were requesting. The groomer recommended a “fanny” face cut, but we specifically explained that she had already had that style and that we wanted a teddy bear cut because her hair was becoming difficult to brush. What we received was honestly shocking. Her haircut was extremely uneven, the top of her head was visibly lopsided, and there were large, obvious indentations throughout the fur on her back. This was not simply a haircut that wasn’t exactly what we pictured — the cut was visibly uneven and did not resemble the style we had requested. Because we wanted to give him an opportunity to make it right, we brought her back and asked for the uneven areas to be corrected. Rather than carefully evening out the areas that had been cut incorrectly, he shaved her down. We were absolutely devastated. Reasonably priced, and my dog always comes out looking so pretty and clean! They always listen to my requests, and what I especially love is that they keep a record of my requests, the blades they use, and what they did during each visit. Great customer relationships management. As pet owners, it can be so easy to forget those little details, so I really appreciate this. I love bringing my dog here and am always so happy with the results. Highly recommend!

Gustavo is awesome! My dog (shihpoo) has severe anxiety and she cannot go to the big box stores for her grooming. I searched on yelp for local groomers in the area I lived in and asked all the questions I needed to ask due to her anxiety. He has taken care of my dog many times and I’ve been very satisfied with her grooms. I feel like she was handled with much care. If it wasn’t for me relocating, I would still use Gustavo’s services. Overall, I highly recommend!

I’m leaving this review because this is hands down the best groomer in the area. I have a Goldendoodle who goes every six weeks, and he always comes back looking amazing. His cut is exactly how I ask for it, and most importantly, my dog is genuinely happy. He runs right in without hesitation, which tells me everything I need to know. If my dog loves it there, so do I. I also bring my Shih Tzu, who is very moody and usually hard to please but he has no issues at all being there, which says a lot. Overall, I absolutely love this groomer and trust them completely. 10/10 recommend.
