Brazos Valley Boarding Kennels

We offer doggy daycare, boarding, and grooming

Brazos Valley Boarding Kennels is one of the pet groomers listed in Lorena, Texas. The business is registered at 5327 Old Lorena Rd, Lorena, TX 76655; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as pet boarding service, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 8–11 am. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Lorena is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lorena follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
