Bowzer's Body Shop Pet Grooming

The ladies there were very professional, I was very pleased with the outcome, my puppy looked beautiful after her haircut and the price was cheaper than every other place I called. I will most definitely make the trip from Tucson just for her to have the same person and good prices.

I recently brought my dog here for grooming and wanted to share some feedback for both the business and future clients. My dog can get somewhat anxious during grooming, so I communicated this ahead of time. While the groom itself was completed, there were some issues with timing and communication that I think are important to note. My dog was at the shop for around seven hours, which is longer than the window I was originally given(3-5 hours). During that time, he experienced significant stress, which resulted in accidents and ultimately an eye injury. I understand that accidents can happen and that dogs sometimes struggle during grooming, but I wish I had been notified sooner when he began showing signs of severe stress. If I had been contacted, I could have picked him up earlier and potentially avoided additional distress and injury. Especially since I had called at the 5 hour mark and I was told that he had his bath and was doing great waiting - then for everything to change an hour and a half later when I picked him up was surprising, and was due to the fact it had taken him so long to get groomed since being dropped off. When I picked him up, I didn’t notice the eye injury u
